Here is a fun connection for all the Dark watchers out there. This is a cover version (which appeard in Dark season 3) of a song by Moderat. Moderat's singer is Sascha Ring, who also releases music under his pseudonym Apparat. Dark's main theme is the song "Goodbye" by none other than Apparat (even though Sascha doesn't sing on that song).

My mom just passed away. She was mentally ill, feeling guilty about her shortcomings while simultaneously not being able to change and be a 'proper' mother to me & my (special needs) brother. I was very hurt by our dysfunctional relationship, lack of having a mother figure, while simultaneously feeling sorry for her cause I saw she tried, but couldn't. She was sick only a short period. Right before she fell ill my longterm boyfriend broke up with me due to depression. We lost my dad a few years ago already. My mother did not want to leave me and my little brother behind, orphaned in our 20's. She also didn't want to be a burden to us anymore. This song just resonated to me during these weeks and brings me to tears every time. I bought your instrumental and sang it for my mothers funeral, which meant a lot to me and for which I'm very thankful.

We were about to land may be 100 m or something when this song started (yes I was watching DARK offline) and the pilot said that conditions for landing are not good (sudden severe storm from nowhere) so listening this song for a very first time at that moment was some sort of a DARK experience for me, chilling, thrilling and inspiring at same time, not to mention that I felt that I need to turn my thoughts and pray even higher and far above any plane can fly, guess you know what I mean...
