Glad youre doing better continued prayers for you❤ This is spot on for me. God is working on my health lately when I havent worked out in years. I dont get enough sleep because I live next to a 24 hour business and it makes me tired and hungry. The struggle is real Jesus help me. I feel like Im in bootcamp lately. I have to keep pushing myself Lord help me. Im struggling to survive Lord help your people. Im being attacked on all sides so its hard to not feel pain and fight back. I have to remind myself God gets vengeance and I must forgive.

For some of us, not eating due to emotional issues is also a problem. Striving and grinding out tasks can be a form of control and "comfort" and is as detrimental to those of us who "forget" to eat when stressed. That isn't talked about since most people eat for comfort, but it's a very real situation for the few of us who can't/don't eat due to stress. Just wanted to toss that out there too. Thank you for your obedient words from the Lord!

God Bless you Kay ❤ This is a great Word! The Holy Spirit has helped me take much better care of my body, even in suboptimal circumstances. Hes had me make it a priority. I feel stronger in my body than I have in a long time. Yes, I want to be around FAITH FILLED BELIEVERS who truly walk this out and are doers of the Word, not just hearers. I’ve been praying for this and rejecting the death I hear anyone speaking. We’re open Lord! I’m also praying about moving toward a job and Faith filled Church in another state! I have to be honest, it seems like all the doors have been closed where I’m currently at and I just had to admit to the Lord, “ok, so I may have gotten this wrong! I repent Lord, let’s move on!” I will continue to pray over who He shows me to intercede for and I truly hope and pray that everyone receive clear direction over their lives and we go about our Fathers business, there are so many people that are hungry for Jesus! Please pray for me. I’ve been trying to lose weight my whole life and I can’t seem to figure it out. I water fast 3 days and 24hr fasts and intermittent fasting. I pay attention to what I eat and take all the supplements and workout. Nothing seems to change.😭 please agree in faith with me that I can conquer this once and for all. I feel like the enemy wants to delay and frustrate me by forcing me to always focus on my health. I’m so tired of “running” around and around and accomplishing nothing.
