I personally purchased mine about 3 years ago and luckily we haven't had any issues and we use it on a daily basis. It's made with quality materials and components and is a heavy duty unit. I would recommend Maya Bath for anyone looking for a luxury line of steam showers. I also have the grey color and it's beautiful.

First the thing I am not happy with is the height of the tub. For me It requires two steps to get into it. Getting out is one big step and I put up a handle on the outside wall to help. The thing about the steam function is that it really does not get as hot on the lower portion of the tub so I have a plastic step that I bring in to sit on and even stand on. I love the whirlpool tub as I have back problems. I do not use the TV or audio. I have a waterproof bluetooth speaker that I use with my phone. Hope this helps.

So, there are 2 remotes. Additionally, do you know what the knobs at the bottom of the shower poles control. I keep getting the message on the panel that there is no water.

when I sit in the tub with my legs out stretched there is not room for another person. If you sit with legs crossed I guess two people could sit in tub but do not think it would be comfortable

Can you move it after it is assembled?

First is the drain attached. Then when assembled it is very heavy. While it has a number of screws it can be knocked ascew if not careful.

Thank you for this video. Unfortunately, we are not as skilled as you are!! I just bought a house with the Maya and the remote left to me does not work. Plus, I don't have an instruction manual for the tv. Maya is charging $90 for a remote. Do you have the operation booklet for the tv? A universal remote does not work and I can't see the brand. Also, the lights in the top won't come on.

While it works great I would not buy again. I would have a separate whirlpool tub and a walk in Shower. Too get into the unit I need a set of stairs which is a pain when most of the time I am just taking a shower.

I used two general contractors. The first could not understand the electric and did not leave access to the back of the spa. Second contractor fixed all the issues

@@bethm9847 Beth, I'd really like a copy of the instructions as well. My email address is [e-mail]. My contractor is having some issues with the unit. The doors are difficult to slide open--it seems they are catching on the seals. Is your tub difficult to drain or does it fill with water while you are showering? The plumber says the drain tube is only 3/4", which is much smaller than typical in the US. And we are experiencing some leaking at the corners. Did you experience any of these issues? We'd appreciate any tips you can give. As you expressed in your video, it is difficult to get support from the seller.

how is the steam function? out of all the Videos on KZbin none of them show that part in action

Here is what I found on the steam shower. If you sit down on the seat you do not feel it that much. (for me the doors do not completely close so that is part of the problem). I have a light plastic step stool I take in and feel the effects better. Sometimes I even stand on the step stool to get even better effects. Hope this helps

8 chrome jets, blue temepered glass, solid back mirrors, twin stereo speakers with blue tooth touch screen nice, diamond floor pan with stainless steel frame. Over head 10 inch chrome shower head with circular LED white and colors around shower head. NIce clear acrylic seat folding stainless. Then, you have the best with full LED color lights in solid blue glass back panel also. That is called the best in a quadrant shower. I might even start to manufacture these in the United States cheaply for around 1500 a piece. 6 ro 8 mill glass all around

I had that problem and the installers did not plug all the speaker cords to the right connection. Hope you can get to the back of your spa.

We have had are shower for about 2 years now and when we bought it we didn't relize we would have to upgrade are breaker box.so we finally got the money saved and had an electrician do that.so after 2 years we finally got it all hooked up and the tv and speakers are not working.its a bummer but since its been 2 years im afraid the company we bought it from isn't going to be much help.im so bummed.

@@petpeevesable I don't own one and just going off reviews . I just don't trust the quality and would feel more comfortable purchasing the unit if it were sold locally. The manufacturer warranty is as good as if the company stays in business!
