I am asking several homesteading channels this question : IS it really cost effective when you look @ the cost of say the goats ( Mama & Daddy goats their original prices, feed for all, medicines, fencing , misc costs) and then gardening - cost of seed, cost of seedlings , materials for fencing or greenhouse, gas,oil for tractors, other misc costs - I can see other benefits such as Stress release, Weight loss ( no need for a gym membership), Fun especially for families, Connection to Food supplies, Contentment, Community.
@ArmsFamilyHomestead5 жыл бұрын
Grocery store food is much cheaper up front there's not doubt. But sometimes you do get what you pay for.
