It means sometime from now and at the latest July or August judge Torres will make her final decision on the remaining issues open with the case and this will be over. There will be the time for the SEC and ripple to appeal the judge's decision but I doubt that the SEC will do so. The bottom line Ripple pays a fine somewhere between 10 million and 100 million dollars and this is over and xrp will go to ATHs. 4 bucks.

And spontaneously placed the order plus I was waiting for SS deposit to clear. When I get paid i will top off my bag. Waiting for May 10th and full moon of 23rd for the last opportunity before bull run. I follow the moon and eclipses.

I’m sure there’s some legal reasons why that’s not a thing. And from my position from last cycle there was a lot of projects that did exactly this but majority ended up to be rug pulls. So until there’s regulation specified to Defi I don’t think many people will cover those opportunities
