awesome breakdown for the episode. I haven't read Anne Rice's Witches stories yet. So hearing that the changes are well done and for the better. Not loving this show as much as IWTV but that is a high bar. Hearing you tease that we are going to get into " a lot" at the end gets me interested to keep watching. The whole storm thing was so dumb on Rowan's part plus her powers are not strong when Lasher is not nearby. Some of the changes I understand but I dislike that they left out Michael and how he connects back to Rowan and the Mayfairs. I 100% get why they would change Lasher and Rowan's time in Europe but have to wait and see how or if they introduce why she is more than just the 13th witch and the door for him to be born human.

I mainly want that ending with Michael, Lasher, and the hammer. But seeing Ciprien in the show loose his shit and grab a hammer would be pretty awesome. Maybe they’ll have Rowan do it instead. Too early to tell if that’s where they’re going.
