In 3 weeks im turning 56 and my body never looked or felt better. So happy I started to practice with you 2,5 years ago? Or 3? Don't remember. But at least 3 x a week. And the progress I made, side planks, push ups, or that I can lift my legs finally, not too high though (yet), from the floor, when on my belly. Pilates is the way, and Nicole, you are a Gem. ❤❤❤

I will repeat myself on this video again, but I am so thankful for Nicole’s Pilates videos. They are so good and they really changed my life. At 53, I had steadily gained 1/2 kg per year these past 12 years and thanks to these workouts along with a healthier diet, I have managed to reverse the process, lost 7 kg so far in the past 12 months and regained flexibility energy and core strenght, so thank you thank you thank you 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🥰

I have been doing your exercises now for years as l feel they are challenging but with practice I am eventually able to do as many as you. I enjoy your calm, clear breathing instructions. I strive to be as graceful as you. Your music is lovely and quiet not intrusive. One can concentrate on the movements and flow.I have shared your classes with my daughter and friends. My shoulders and hips are much stronger and I have greater flexibility. Thank you for giving us these classes free!

Thank you so much nicole for your videos ❤ they are so wonderful. I have a request: may you do a beginner/moderate pilates class that is longer than 35 mins? I am recovering from a surgery and i am at a place where i am strong enough to do beg/moderate Pilates. i love your beginner videos so much but i feel like they are so brief and i want to do longer/more exercises. and the moderate/intermediate or the longer videos jump up in strength level and im just not able to do those type of exercises yet. i also wonder if there’s others that may benefit from this need as well. i has begun doing this one a few weeks ago and just around 8 mins thru it, the bell rang and i had to stop it cuz i had to deal with the market delivery. i really understood how important it is to stretch after engaging a tense exercise as i had a tiny pain on my lower-back since then. now as i finished my assignment of completing this, i am hoping to get rid of that tiny pain. i feel great already. thank you so much darling princess Nicole

This was exactly what I needed. Following a heavy workout routine recently has served me well but this class made me deeply activate the muscles I've been rigorously training. It was intense and I can still feel that it was effective. Also, the leg section audibly released a knot I have had in my hip for weeks. This is certainly a video I will save and return to regularly.

I loved this class, the pace of the movement was really organic while I still felt my muscles working.
