I’ve watched this thing go around my pool for about 12 cycles and it refuses to go into the shallow end. Not sure what to do about it. I have the same model. If I drop it in the shallow end and start it up, it immediately rolls to the deep end of the pool and won’t come closer than halfway to the shallow end at any time during the cleaning.

looks just like the DX3 Proteus.. not sure the difference.. its a shame the unit will not program over 1 week.. so if you go on vacation for 2 weeks.. it will only run one week and shut off
