Have these discs on mine. Look so good and work great!

Great vid; especially including the torque specs. Surprised nobody gave you Sh!t for letting the caliper hang from the hose 😉

Bro this is almost exactly what i found out that shudder made me think I lost a wheel weight or had a stone in my breaks. I also got Mteck for a budget disk they are not to bad I run Hawk pads and when at temp stop like a brick wall. If you can pick up some avon zzr and some scrappy ally’s you won’t regret it…. Think there’s a guy on FBM selling his used qualifying boots at 200 a set. I also looked in to the science of the different machining on the discs. Your right about the cracking aspect of fully drilled holes. However hole/dimples were invented for off-gassing as old pads used to cause issues, but modern pads don’t have this problem. So these days it’s a look thing. Apparently Chook and/or groves are the best as it is more abrasive ergo stops you faster at cost of pad life. Now on to the coating hmmmm you may run in to the same problem as me. On the road it will do what you say. But on the track my coatings burned off after 2 sessions. You possibly mitigate this by some extra cool down time but it’s prob only putting off the inevitable. Next time I’m getting no coating and using the saving for chook/grooved mtec.

So. People say Mtec sucks. What's your opinion. Btw i don't track. So it's for road only. Cheers

I've not heard that. Within reason you could run any discs. The main different for brakes are what pads you use.
