Love the video, and loving the valve cover on the wall🤟

Thanks. That cover is actually a project in mind ;) It has original studs for decorative cover (not like my crappy added ones), and it has coil on plug ignition system. I'll have to do it at some point.

Lol, I just realized I removed the precious valve cover in a safe place and the one on the wall is actually the original valve cover of the car. So I lied.

Hi my friend nice video! Does it still work? Is it only faulty in rainy conditions?
@Mazda626GF4 ай бұрын
Yep, still working, though I'm not driving the car much. But when I do, I do not have any complains. Since I avoid snow and rain nowadays (to preserve the car), the only time I have troubles with the parking sensor is right after car wash.

Yes, just recently - it is not good. It gives false positives.

Hello! Interesting video! I sadly drove over a rabbit not long ago and my right front fog light got destroyed. Do you know if I have to remove the front bumper to change it, if yes, what's the right way to remove the bumper? Thank you in advance! :)

Hi. I have removed the fog lights only once, but it was to change the front bumper with another one, so the bumper was already off. According to the documentation I have, you need to remove the bumper in order to remove the fog light. The hardest part of removing the front bumper is to remove the 2 curved edges below the headlights. Use plastic tools not to scratch the paint and find a weak spot to pop it out. And don't do it from the side, do it on the front, since on the side you have L shaped anchors that will never pop (you will break them), while on the front you have clips. So the proper way of removing them is to pop all the clips on the front and then pull the edge towards you. You will find 2 bolts under each edge. Then you need to remove the plastic tray where the hood latch is, unscrew the grill, remove the plastic clips on the wheel arches, remove the turn lights in order to remove 1 plastic clip under each turn light, remove 1 cleverly hidden screw in each wheel arch area, holding the edges of the bumper and finally go under the car and remove few screws that hold the wheel arch guard to the bumper. Then you should be able to remove the bumper. Make sure you remove the 4 bolts under edges last, so they hold the whole bumper in place while working on the rest.

@@Mazda626GF I know about those L shaped clips, I succesfully broke one side off on my dad's Mazda Premacy, too sad I have to remove bumper for fog lights. Thank you so much for your help. And keep up the good work, I wouldn't mind if you somehow get a diesel Mazda 626, so many things are different, many tips and tricks you show don't work for diesel variant :D :D Like I still can't figure out if tempomat (cruise control) would work for diesel and if, how? Or if I could get the trip computer to work with diesel. I am still thankful for showing how to change bulbs in climate control, and tachometer, those tutorials worked very well :)

@@iskiadam7877 Yeah, I was never a fan of the diesel fuel. All Mazdas that I drove were petrol - 626 GC, 626 GE, 626 GF, 6 GG, 323f BA, 3 BK, 5 CR and 2 DE. So no way I'll buy a diesel one. As for CC and TC - maybe you can try to make the Cruise Control work, but it'll require thinking. The speed signal is the same between diesel and petrol, and the grommet in the firewall (where the actuator cable enters to pull your accelerator pedal) is also there. You only need to figure out how to connect the actuator cable to the diesel accelerator pedal and where to get vacuum from (or use Mazda 6 GG CC, which is fully electric, as I did). As for the Touring Computer - as far as I know, diesel PCM is not supplying the injection signal, so it cannot work.
