We truly appreciate the love brother! The garage has seen a lot of action that is for sure. Having a lift is absolutely necessary to make this all possible. Laying on your back is no bueno. Thanks for the sub, a lot of miata content coming down the pipeline on our NB that is making 400whp.

One statement that you made is false. Size-for-size, a 6 ball Rzeppa joint (what you referred to as the 'Porsche' style joint) is actually weaker than a tripod joint. They just have more articulation. I'm not sure why they would have used those on the inside. Could just have to do with availability.

Interesting. I'll go read more about it. I've always heard they were stronger due to more distributed load, kind of how a high spline count is stronger than a low spline count. Either way, we love to learn so will go check it out!

@@CarGuyFridays thanks! By now, I just decided to dissemble mine and replace the cv joints (the only problem I am facing with that is that, I can’t found some one in US selling only the cv joints!) However, I just found one at eBay but they are from UK so, I am going to patiently wait for them.

Oh for sure it's very difficult to source these msm specific parts these days. Good luck on the rebuild. Sounds cheaper than my super priced, over powered axles

​@@CarGuyFridays an update here. After couple of weeks waiting, I receive the cv form UK and do not fit on MSM axle. So, if you are interested to sell me one of you og axle please let me know. Thanks
