i was on the fence for a long time mainly because of price. But i have definitely got my moneys worth and more haha. The mods make a hell of a difference as well

I just love this bike and extremely under estimated its capabilities and durability because its from China but this bike is faster and more powerful than it looks and even with a stage 1 mod you feel a big difference in torque and top end speed! I also removed my fenders and the makes it even faster because less drag! Enjoy you just got yourself a great reliable off road tested 👏🏽💪🏽🔥

It's quite a beast for the stock form. But heads up if you like to jump them the front of the frame will eventually crack and break. I did some heavy duty supports to take care of it. Should be good even if it's tossed of a mountain now hahaj

Thanks for sharing! Great video!! I can’t wait to get a mb200. They look rather capable. Especially upgrades. That puppy climed that hill at a solid 14mph. that’s plenty steep and plenty fast.
@lifeoffline22487 ай бұрын
Oh yeah and thats just with the little 196cc that comes with it! Great motor, extremely durable and revs pretty high with mods. In fact there is another video with even steeper hills in it! But For 150$- 200$ you can do a motor swap to a 212cc or a 224cc and they have noticeably higher torque ;)

I just purchased one yesterday and the 1st upgrade for me will be swapping out the 46t sprocket for a 60t. Then the Stage 1 kit. Taking it out to AZ in a couple weeks. Woo hoo!
@lifeoffline2248 Жыл бұрын
Hell yeah! The stage one kit is a game changer! I got it up to 48mph on the stage one kit one day. But that's before the 60 tooth was installed

What app do you use for you speedometer on your phone?

I use this one because I can have it mounted sideways or portrait view and still get the numbers as large as the screen and it updates pretty quickly play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.coolniks.niksgps

On your parts list, where can I find the CVT cast aluminum weights and the green CVT spring? If I knew the exact specs I could find it online but I'm a newbie and just bought the hurricane 200x and I'm modding the living crap out of it
@lifeoffline2248 Жыл бұрын
I got you brotha! www.gopowersports.com/torque-converter-alu-die-cast-weight-assembly-20-30-series/ Green spring www.gopowersports.com/30-series-driven-spring-green/ I think it's the most forward hole for the green spring . Goes in the second gear of the torque converter. You want it as tight as it will go for the most benefit
@Midlifecrisismods Жыл бұрын
@@lifeoffline2248 Thank you so much and this will work with the stock torque converter on the hurricane 200x the? I'm putting a 60 tooth in and a 9 t in the rear, I went overboard and ordered the premium front suspension kit from Go power sports and the more aggressive tires. I don't want any issues going up steep inclines so I've been doing my research. You seem to have the most explanation and better solution with theory behind it. Thank you for the video and screw the guy who said you had sucky music playing.
@lifeoffline2248 Жыл бұрын
Haha oh my gosh that's too funny about the music thank you. really the 60t rear gear and the aluminum weights in the front of the torque converter do most of the torque work. Don't forget to do governor remove and put in 18lb valve springs. That will prevent valve float and let you floor it more often with less risk of damage. Btw we have the 196 jiang dong model engine non hemi. And a 30 series torque converter. That motor held up so well till just a short time ago I was heavily impressed with the abilities. But this bike is about to get torn down and chopped up, cause my lady wants it to look different now haha. It actually hers I just steal it and mod it hahah
@thehappyhermit01 Жыл бұрын
Did you get the 60t installed? Supposed to make hills easier to climb.
@lifeoffline2248 Жыл бұрын
I did haha I think it's on the front stock to not video. The 60 tooth got some good torque in the motor but noticed that the aluminum weights in the cvt drive gear did an even bigger job getting the motor in the power range of the rev. Really makes for a strong bike
@Justin-t5c3z Жыл бұрын
I got a 10t front and 60t rear and i hit 50mph with a 196cc jiang dong
@lifeoffline2248 Жыл бұрын
Nice! the reason mine goes slower is the aluminum weights in the front drive gear of the torque converter raise your RPM at launch ( also smooth it out) so you get more power but you lose a little bit of top end. Down to 44mph. so I also put a green spring in the driven gear of my torque converter and that raised it from like 44 to 47 mph. If you just do the green spring you can probably get 52 or 53mph
@israelbeltran34106 ай бұрын
@@lifeoffline2248What is the green spring?
@sk00t3r82 жыл бұрын
the mods and hill climb was chalk n cheese comparison compared to OEM standard .. how much did the mods cost total excluding your labor
@lifeoffline22482 жыл бұрын
So the mikuni was 98$ Header pipe 30$ Muffler tip 15? Aluminum weights 30$ Green spring 8$ And the rear 60tooth gear which I'm getting the one that fits in a couple days 35$. I think that's 206$

How long does a tank of gas typically last ?
@lifeoffline2248Ай бұрын
With the 2.4 gallon tank I have never run out of gas so I don't know what the milage is but I have gone a a week with out even checking and riding about 2 hrs every day in deep sand and dirt. For the stock one I'm not sure either as I didn't have it on that long.
