Foreigners don't have access to federal funds for scholarships and financial services, nor do public universities have much to offer in terms of financial aid, so even if you manage to get done with BS in USA, you'll still have the issue for the arrangement of a mammoth amount of tuition fee it requires for the MD course which is known for its low acceptance rate even for in-state residents. There's the D.O course too but that requires the MCAT as well and likely has the same conditions for admission as the MD ones So if you still are interested for getting through a US Medical School, start researching early, get SAT scores above 1400, IELTS scores 7.5/ TOEFL above 100 and do what you love ! (SAT score and English proficiency tests are just basic requirements, a good score won't guarantee you admission or scholarship, but it'll sure bring you up in the list of prospectives) Don't do extra curriculars just to pen them down in your CV, do them if you love them and surely the admissions committee will spot that. Believe in yourself. All the best!

Please be sure to do well in your highschool exams too! The universities ask for transcripts from your high school (aka junior college) and middle school for assessment.
