Nobody asked, but.... Some archeologists study proposed construction sites in historical cities & such for evidence of historical or rare things that need to be preserved instead of destroyed by new construction. I know that cuz I'm a civil engineer in a very historic city, and I was pretty blown away when I first heard this. Fun fact. In Philadelphia in the 1700's people just threw ALL their trash down their outhouse shoots, apparently. So if you want to break ground somewhere, but an archeologist finds an undiscovered outhouse there, ("middens") the project gets put on hold until someone can come collect the historical artifacts for study. Crazy!

This was my first mbmbam episode. It was summer, 2019. I listened to the first 10 minutes, it was just horses. I quickly figured that the funny taz guys are just huge horse fans outside of dnd and that mbmbam was their horse podcast. I don't really care for horses that much. So, thinking that they were just chock full of unwanted horses content, I didnt listen to another mbmbam episode until much, much later.
