The Supreme Court or Congress would first need to determine if a ghost is the same legal entity as the person it once was in life. Like, if there’s a ghost of a guy with unpaid taxes, I assume that ghost’s still gotta pay those taxes? Or maybe death is like a Super Retirement, since you give away stuff in your will, and so you’re exempt from the obligations of life? Either way, a ghost president would almost certainly be compared to his more corporeal administration, even if the two-term limit did not apply to them somehow. And if it’s the ghost of a good ol’ Roosevelt, you KNOW that bad boy ain’t gettin’ elected, because both those dudes had like three terms.
