Since it's come up (again?), I do want to make special mention of the Blue-Eyes pack, "Azure in the Ivory." Yes, it is very true that Vanilla Blue-Eyes is not in the pack - HOWEVER, I want to suggest another situation like the "3 copies of polymerization" rule that was added for the HERO episode. I think that if either player ends up with the Blue-Eyes pack, they should be allowed to play EXACTLY TWO copies of regular Blue-Eyes, since you receive two of them in one of the starter decks when you first create your account. In fact, this is why they're not in the pack!

First, at this point, Doug needs a Royal Rare Ensemblue so he can keep playing his Ace Monster. Second, holy shit, that was a complete shitshow of Prank-Kids pulls, with only a couple upsides. I really wish we'd gotten Joseph's reaction to learning you only had 1 Dropsies and 1 Fansies, and the consistency with which you were able to maintain the Prank-Kids loop once establishing it, despite the bad tools you had to do so, is a testament to the archetype's power.

The issue is that the master duel secret packs aren't roughly ordered by power level the way tcg sets are. That's why all the dzeeff master duel series do random packs instead with some ability to choose so the duds can be avoided.

@@Norticus selection pack, not secret pack. There's no chronological progression in master saga because it's basically been the same card pool over 3 seasons. Konami overwhelmingly adds new cards via selection packs as opposed to updating secret packs.

Dark eclipser is under-rated. It’s not great for every situation but an opponent attempting to sit and stall on random traps, especially in a sealed environment, is great. It’s a blue-eyes stat-wise and under Tin-can you can reveal it and destroyer and even if you don’t get destroyer, Dark-eclipser can get destroyer to your hand, making it a 2/3 chance to get destroyer on tin-can if your opponent is destroying cards or you’ve got koz-mojo. Also, combo’d with Dark Lady, her and eclipser can be somewhat oppressive since they’re very easy to get out negates.

I have no clue if you figured this out because I'm only about 20 minutes into the video, but choosing the order of Trigger Effects is a setting you have to switch on. It's likely that you never had a need to switch that setting on for the Master Roulette account EDIT: Yeah I literally paused the video, like, 2 seconds before somebody pointed it out

A couple episodes ago I said watch the Ojama pack come up just so they could pass it. And now they're forced to play it. Although, writing this comment 4 minutes in, I highly doubt they'll even try Ojamas. Ojamas are like my favorite archetype in this game but no one likes it at all. They'll meme on it but no one will play it. I've had other players question my sanity and actually recommended therapy places just because I enjoy the deck. Edit: I'm glad Dzeef tried but he actually had some decent pulls. I actually think he could have done really well if he leaned more towards an Ojama lockout strat with a Prank Kids finisher. At least, for this current matchup.
