There is no longer any copyright issue with the X-Men now. There used to be for the majority of the MCU, but now they're finally introducing the characters afaik. The actual issue is narrative, because it's not really that easy to introduce an entire universe's worth of characters and concepts after more than a decade of them not existing in the canon.

And it only became good in Earth's mighiest heroes because they replaced a single character everyone saw as "the rock of the team" (captain america), and well, at the time, you are losing basically all the main pillars of the MCU (the OG Avengers) and everyone else who were replaced in the show were at best secondary characters who only appeared twice or thrice so far. try to do the same stick in the live action and everyone will call it fake or think "so much character development ruined for a cheap plot twist retcon". just look at war machine, and they just IMPLIED he was replaced since minimum civil war (even though the timeline clearly says they startedtheir plans AFTER endgame), and people los their minds. just with 1 character. And if the main draw was "look at the chimera skrulls with all the powers of so many heroes and villains". well guess what? we had 2 characters like that and everyone were already hating the "CGI overexposition" yet , if they did the chimera skrulls, theywould have needed more 13:12 Because, just like the X-Men, the fantastic four and related characters like galactus, fell into this weird copyright issue complication and only became avilable later 14:23 funny enough they haven't said anything about if "robert downey jr. as doctor doom is a tony stark variant". is just all fans assume he is gonna be (and to be fair i can't blame them)

Getting upset about how Hephaestus looks is so funny to me. A huge part of Hephaestus' lore and mythos is around the fact that he isn't attractive. So him being overweight with a long beard makes a ton of sense for his character

ABSOLUTELY WRONG! No but fr have you played the dlc? War of the Chosen makes XCOM2 into i feel a better game than even Enemy Unknown. Which is kinda funny cause i feel like Enemy Unknowns dlc actually makes the game worse by diluting it’s stronger content with too much stuff. Anyway back to XCOM2 the introduction of the Hero classes in the dlc alone makes the game so much more fun, it is simply a whole different game than it was before WOTC.

Is it though? Because my Google research is getting conflicting information; "Zefs" appears to be the most accurate. It is true that "Zoos/Zyoos" is an Anglicism, which is a whatever issue tbh; many of the Egyptian pantheon underwent an Ancient Greek renaming, and those are the names that have stuck, so there's no high ground for anyone in that regard.

@@UshiUshiKakuThe2nd Ancient greek is similair to latin in its pronounciations and the "e" sound and "u" sound is definitely noticeable in those languages unlike English i cant phonetically spell how it should be as english is not my first language and my actual first language pronounces it the way it should be because it follows the same principal of actually pronouncing the letters you are using instead of making it mneedlessly difficult as for the high ground part, Im not trying to make it a big deal or highground anyone, Im just ocrrecting his ridiculing of that person in that regard because, funny enough, the way he mockingly pronounced it, is close to the actual pronounciation that the widely accepted way among english speaking countries its kinda like if American tried to be funny and ridicule someone by butchering german car names and actually coming closer to the actual way you pronounce their names
