But the way the actors in the commercial are scripted to talk… it’s very step-sibling porno-esque dialogue. In this they recreate Folgers by making Folgo (a close enough name) and using the brothers card to simulate the siblings. The trap card D-time does double duty by meaning both the coffee in the commercial and also using the D to mean male phallus.

"Folger's" is a brand of coffee, which had a controversial commercial in 2009 (which is the audio you hear while the combo completes) where a guy comes home for the holidays from West Africa, and his sister takes the bow off the gift he got her and places it on him, calling him "[her] present this year."
