honestly the only depressing part about how amazing this video was as a practical demonstration and how happy i was for ya ot get it and test it for us, is how rngesus forsakenly "rare" it is and that even tho i love the concept of chase uniques, this one is something that so many people would love for any build that its become a token status symbol of wealth so only the best of the best can get it and enjoy op gameplay. which means itll either stay this rare for ever and they wont nerf it or theyre going to nerf it anyway and no one is going to realisticly be able to engage with flasks as charms haha. HH and such makes sense hell theres 5ex unqiues i wont ever get to play with, but this item has me torn. if its only going to exist as an absurd build breaker for the extreem top end then id almost rather it never exist so they dont have that advantage or atleast leave it this rare but nerf it back to the realm of realistic like enkindling inc effect not working somethiing noticable but not like item destroying. cause its just weird. its one of those things where we think were asking for something but not really understanding that any thing "fun" or actualy interesting in PoE is ever going to be avalible for engagement for the people that want to engage with it. but its awsome to see. would be fun if in some future we just have a league where its common and everyone just gets to enjoy it but again ggg thinks this is "chase" that we want. so honestly iid rather it just stop existing so i dont have to be butt hurt about it. but its fun for a league like hateforge just sad that something sooooo satisfying and so enabling for combinations for so many if not all buiuld archetypes has to be the pinnacle item. bummer

if you use the percentage increase flask for evasion (as a base) and your evasion is higher than armour, you would get more armour with iron reflexes instead of using the granite flask

Congrats, that's an insane belt! My idea with Mageblood is stacking attack speed for movement skills. (whirling / leap-slam) This way you can skip Quicksilver flask and get an extra flask slot for damage / defenses.

there is so many things you could do with it, but what I was thinking was making character with Mahuxotl's Machination which is only in standard. because it gives divine flesh, so you could pair it up with lethal pride tempered by war so you only take phys, fire and chaos dmg. with the mageblood you would then get ruby flask which is like 40 less fire dmg taken and then you could start converting phys to fire or chaos. chieftan has 20% watchers eye can get up to 36% legacy lightning coil has 40% and the rest from helmet/shield corruption. so only fire and chaos really. if you would figure out chaos res without amethyst flask, you could still have 3 other flasks of choice or 2 and have more space on the rest of the gear. Make something up MBX when you migrate to standard.

GG man. Nice to see you actually managed to snatch one off the market and at a discount pirce. I would have prefered to see a video on that to be honest than an explanation on why the belt is strong. I guess for 99% of people this is the more important topic, but as somebody who actually has the currency to buy it, I have a very very sore taste in my mouth regarding what is happening on the market right now. Lemme explain: I have the mageblood belt on live search for 3 days now. What you treat as "people are readjusting their prices" is actually people price fixing the item. While I know this is something I cannot prove, lemme give you a few words on why I think this is the case. Over the course of today there were a total of 12 people that listed the belt. Out of all of them, only 5 offers disappeared. 2 were probably sold, for the other 3 the listers went offline at some point. (easy to check that one) The belt keeps getting relisted in an apparent chaotic manner by the same persons. Some are very frequent reposters that adjust the price (usually down) by 0.5-2 ex per listing. Then there are the infrequent relisters that come out of nowhere and list at 20-30 ex higher than the "average price". Than the frequent relisters reajust the price by increasing with X amount and then the cycle continues. I clicked the profiles of the relisters and this is what i found to be strange: 1. half of the profiles are private 2. of the remaining half are Aura Bots 3. One looked like a standard player. Two characters in scourge league, not of very high level, scuffed gear with half of it missing from the character, etc.. But some insanely geared characters on standard. 4. One looked like an mrt-er or bot. Same as the one above in terms of characters in scourge, but scuffed account overall in STD too. One may think he's a casual that just got lucky, which could be the case... but he kept relisting the belt at like 10 min intervals or so. In the same general pattern. Price down for a few listings then up by a considerable margin. I messaged like 3/4 of them when I first saw then list the item and not a single one of them replied in any way. I know this is some speculative conspirationalist shit, which I never used to care about, but I am kind of on the recevieng end of a very frustrating experience right now, with a super scarce item that costs a fukton of currency which took a tremendous time to collect by playing super focused and going ham. We are 16 days into the league and I have 10 days played over my 2 characters this league. Sorry for the negative tone and the rant, I don't want to sound like a whiney child, but to a certain degree, apart from the frustratring part, I find it super fascinating that shit like this happens in a video game. IF what I have observed is true. Once again, it is a personal opinion base don the observations in this post, I can not prove any of it and it may all be a coincidence, but I personally don't think so. GG mbx. I can't wait to see your next project while I wait for somebody to actually sell me this belt and try and test it for myself.

The one that had no gear on league and sick stuff on STD might just be a trader for a group. In empys group the trader had a lvl 20 or so char rocking white items until they split a week in so I wouldn't be surprised if there were more of those around.

Personally ,mageblood is the better belt to hh, because it lets you gear and itemize your character way more offensively without caring about res on gear, armor/evasion, phasing, action speed etc. Super QoL , its just the best!

Poison prolif cyclone one with nothing and 90% chaos res pathfinder has been my go to for simulacrum and other end game content for a while. This belt makes it so much easier except the loss of percent attributes in belt slot.

@@g76agi you missed my point. They can indirectly nerf mageblood by introducing rare flasks as a more appealing alternative to magic flasks. This way, mageblood will become less appealing, because rare flasks will be usually more powerful than magic flasks (even with increased flass effect etc.). Similar story to Hidden Potential jewel that provides 20-25% increased damage per magic item equipped - because of how much stronger rare items are, practically no one uses this jewel. But imagine a world, where magic was the highest rarity, and suddenly this jewel would be worth several exalts at least.

finally got headhunter after 7 years and the very next league they release this crazy belt. Good to see they gave us more chase uniques and not just this belt. I do hope they give early endgame gear smoother progression though.

man it's like a solid wall every time I pick up poe and get to the end of the atlass... suddenly I need 30ex worth of gear and even if I farmed as much as mbx (sometimes I do honestly, and as effeciently as I possibly can) at the end of a day all I have is like... a crusaders exalt or something. He says all he does is alc and go but when I do that for 12 hours i make like an ex at most. 164 hours into the league and , once again, I haven't even seen an exalt drop off a mob. Super disheartening every time I play this game but I'm really happy you managed to persevere and get a HH. I hope it's as fun as it sounds man. Also gz to mbx. Go out there and enjoy the end game content us scrubs wish we could, even after 4000+ hours played.

@@coreyrachar9694 similar experience for me. I have no idea how streamers get hundreds of exalts in a week. I got some lucky drops and thats how I bought the HH but normally it takes forever just to get 1 exalt. Problem is that just relying on gem levels and passive tree alone wont get you anywhere. And once I have a build that can comfortably farm t14s+ and league mechanics I barely get anything back anyway. Skill gem levels and fusings is the most consistant but still not nearly enough for even 5 ex a day. Its truly like a slot machine for me, hoping that something of value drops. tbh I was underwhelmed at first. HH is rather situational, requires decent investment in maps to give anything and does nothing against bosses. When you have a map with alot of rares it really shines though, especially defence and speed. It does make farming more fun.
