Do u catch skip jacks all year round below markland dam? I fish from a boat and use shad most of the time

Twice a year in the spring and in the fall, and you may get lucky other times but there not always there, I also use shad most of the time

I literally drove my truck on a side walk to and old empty park it was sketchy, or you can park by the flood wall under the bridge but it’s probably not a good idea in this area, I used google maps to find this spot I got woke up by a homeless man with a padlock on a chain wanting a cigarette here also

You honestly need to be on a boat to fish this area to hit all the good spots but silver creek can be a good spot try the mouth for catfish and hybrids or kayak up and down it for multi species fishing

If you look on google maps now at that spot you was in there is literally a stolen abandoned car on the bank lmao. It would be such a good spot if you didn’t have to worry about having to shoot someone for messing with you.
