I have been diagnosed with catamenial anaphylaxis through time my symptoms are getting worse and not within correct period of luteal phase. I came across this MCAS and am now realizing I may possibly have this as I've been having these symptoms my whole life and like you said have grown tired of doctors diagnosing me with different psyc disorders.

I’m sorry to hear about your illness and frustration getting a satisfying answer . There are blood and urine tests that can be done to determine whether you have MCAS or not. It’s best to see an allergist who is familiar with MCAS so that he can help you make a correct diagnosis. Thanks for sharing. I hope you feel better soon.

Hi Svein, yes, you are right. Histamine is one of the chemicals released by mast cells when they are activated.

Low blood pressure is always persue or some time getting low BP because mine is some time low some time normal whenever high also
