McCall , Idaho is a lake , a gas station, a hotel, , and a coffee shop, Post office. I think there is a Lodge for hunters and boaters . . Land is very cheap. .There is a trailer park somewhere. if you want to live there.

Land in McCall and the rest of Valley county won’t be cheap in a few years because of the constant influx of California residents who want to escape from California and are looking for a new place to call home and it could be McCall and other places in Valley county!

Do you help people find apartments or house rentals?

I just do sales / but the best place to find rentals in our area are by owner are the Facebook groups / MCall Community & Valley County classifieds. Some companies that manage short term rentals are / Frost Property Management , Done Right Property Management, and Bespoke Property Management. Hope this is helpful.

Not a great place. Very unfriendly with nothing to do. Better to buy property in Tahoe.

It is similar to Tahoe. I don’t think you can even get an empty lot in Tahoe for less than 1m$.

Brundage had a speed dating event on the chair lift around Valentines. I heard the turn out was really good.

@@TeiaGoldenI have lived in mccall for 17 years and my husband for 27 years. It’s changed a lot and a lot more people come here now. Like a lot! so if you are the type to go out and about you should be able to date fairly well. The winters are long and can get lonely so that’s something to consider. If you do winter sports that’s going to help or going some sort of club.

From California. Heed my word!! Destroy the public transport system!!! If you're a good person you can get a ride. Busses just bring criminals and drug addicts. And keep your town's small and far apart!
