I have the cs 360,I find it easy to start ,has low vibration, it handles twenty inch hardwood logs with ease and I can get parts and service easily as opposed to the lesser known brands. The value for money is great and would not hesitate in buying another one.

I Use these handheld 2 stroke petrol Engines a lot. My job is still fixing and I use the equivalent to a chainsaw the The petrol disc cutter . I’ve found that if left to Long without use the petrol evaporates and the Oil clog’s the machine up. And to stop that from happening at the end of the day I run out the remaining fuel and Replace with a Small amount of neat petrol then run it for a short while there for removing any residue of oil that remains in the Machine saving you having to strip down the machine every so often to clean . I know you use your chainsaw quite a lot so not necessary but good to know. For anyone else to know.

Could anyone tell me the name of the chain cover or the chain break with no use of spanner to block it ? thank you .

@@WoolysWorld it's ok I know the problem now, the small cog snapped off under the cover, I guess it's a dead chainsaw now 😢

@@norfolkbushmanandfriends7916 not at all, have a look online and see if you can get a replacement clutch cover , one without the wheel tightener, they are no good
Just got mine out of the shed to cut some small logs and it's not working very well. Seems to have two issues - lack of torque on the top end (easily bogs down while trying to cut) - will check the air filter as a first step. Second issue is that the chain isn't being too well oiled. It's not clear exactly where the chain oiler spits out oil. Is it a hole in the middle under the chain tension adjuster or is it supposed to come out of the three holes parallel to the chain in front of the clutch?
@WoolysWorld8 жыл бұрын
as far as i can remember the oil come out infront of the clutch at the top, mine was never great for oiling, and the saw needed a lot of cleaning. thats one of the reasons why i changed saws. thanks for watching
@interman77158 жыл бұрын
Justin Fielding I think there are two holes in the bar near the adjustment slot , I was concerned about the oiling but I have to refill it everytime I fill the fuel tank so I think it is using enough, if your saw is bogging down at high revs you may need to adjust the main needle. I use 30-1 fuel mixture because I believe 40-1 or 50-1 is to risk engine damage.
@WoolysWorld8 жыл бұрын
have you tried different types of oil, i know sometime on my saws with different oil, one can show a spray off the chain while another type wont, but they are still oiling. you could empty the oil tank and give it a clean out, might be blocked.

it's made by same company I think if you do some research same company?
@WoolysWorld9 жыл бұрын
Yes, husqvarna bought mc culloch, a lot of the parts have the husqvarna symbol on them. Like the oil tank and petrol tank , but when you put them side by side there are big differences.
@jeremythiel25509 жыл бұрын
There may be a big difference in parts but google up who makes mcculloch chainsaws that tells that husqvarna makes then its just cheaper line says it all

So I thought until I bought my self a husqvarna , there are a lot of differences. The husqvarna is smaller , lighter, and has better feature. The one I got is 5 cc more powerful , it's a 425 I think. But of course the husqvarna was more expensive.
