As someone who worked at Clownburger for longer than he'd like to admit, this is a story of a manager that's absolutely DONE, so she grooms a replacement after seeing a random kid on the street. Slowly biding her time and using her manager position to search for better jobs. The animation ends with the new kid working to do the same.
@TasayuTasnaphun3 жыл бұрын
The system works better in Japan as well, since these jobs are only meant as a stepping stone into cooperate life or "Adult Jobs" . Much different from here (America).

Good for you, contrary to popular belief working at a fast food place like McDonald’s isn’t all that bad. Social media, movies, and television have made it seem it’s a bottom of the barrel type of job. But it all depends on the atmosphere. It’s not about the job, it’s about the people you work with that make or break it for you.

One big thing to remember is working at a McD's in Japan is a LOT different than working at one in North America. There's a completely different work ethic there not to mention I'll bet they actually pay living wage as opposed to the working poor wages in the West. Not to mention the customers in Japan are, generally speaking, likely more polite than the entitled trash that commonly frequents fast food in North America since Japan probably doesn't consider McD's one of the four major food groups.
