Wait this looks easier than the other recipes I’ve seen. I watched a recipe by Joshua Weissman and ethan chlebowski and they all soak their potato in so much oil before they form it into patties. Their hash brown recipe is artery clogging and not very easy to make. Your recipe is much better lookcatchu ~ And congratulations on 2 years on the tubes! 📺 🎊🎊👏

I agree. With Joshua, he had already halfway lost me at duck fat bc the average person doesn’t have duck fat (or the other alternatives) readily available. But when he soaked those potatoes in it, I was gone. 😂😂😂😂

The best French fries are double fried. I’ve never thought of it, buy it makes sense. Pre cook your potato shreds first before making the actual hash browns.

If you remove the cutesy kookyness out of this video you do have a tutorial that is technically superior to Gordon Ramsay's hash brown recipe AND better results. Bravo girl well done. 💪👌 Also a little tip, when you cook the moisture out of the shreds do it in duck fat it makes it ridiculous!
