I love this figure, but have a couple of grumbles about it, one very minor and the other more important. The minor annoyance is the way the collar bends on his right - I had to reshape it in boiling water so that it didn't get in the face of the figure. If that was the only issue, I wouldn't have commented. The major issue I have is that with my copy at least, the joints are so tight that they risk breaking when you move them. In fact the left hand snapped off as I was trying to rotate the wrist ball joint to align properly with the hand. I've had to glue it back on and it looks okay (I have it holding the lantern), but it is very limited now in how I can pose the figure on that side. Luckily, I tend to have them on display rather than fiddling with them constantly, and in my view at least standing, holding the lantern and pointing the power ring with the other hand is the best display pose, so I'm okay with it. But if I wanted to do more, it would be exceptionally annoying. I thought McFarlane had got over the use of over-brittle plastic, but it seems to have crept back in! Sorry to hear about you being scammed. I hope it turns out to be a mistake and gets sorted amicably.

Honestly, McFarlane needs to stop with the chase variants altogether. There was a time when doing this made sense, before figure scalping became a big deal and before online shopping was a mainstream. These days, the ones in stores are usually snapped up just to be resold and buying online becomes a gamble.

yeah, things like that happen, but glad there are many more awesome collectors out there, who even send me free comics, poster or action figures with my trade or purchase...but sometimes I'm glad when people reveal themselves in smaller stuff, course I get disappointed but I look at it as a warning not to deal with them with bigger things like business investment or something..
