It's odd that they made that gun non removable on Deathstroke. His head sculpt is very nice with just one peeper peeping out. Paint looks good. This review is just as refreshing as an ice cold Brisk.

When mcfarlane took control to dc multiverse it slays the marvel legends because mcfarlane had new sculp, No reuse and for a $20 figure this is dope.

@@johnf.walker6406 this figure has some good things going for it. But! I wish companys would stop using molded guns. I have this figure and I cut the molded gun out of the holster. And gave him one of the pistols that came with flash point batman.

@@cookiemonsterxlxlx yeah mcfarlane lacks at articulations , interchangeable arms , weapons but rules the sculp unlike hasbro always retool / repainted also the price point is around $25-20 but mcfarlane has new sculp ,new paint apps and I price point is around $20 mcfarlane rules in my opinion

Spot, you’re killing me with the new DC Universe reviews. They all look so good. They’ve been nailing it on the sculpts lately, and it looks like my DC Universe line will be growing haha I do agree that if McFarlane put a wash on their paint for a lot of their recent figures, they would be absolutely killing it. The sculpt is already there- just need to up the paint a bit.

The Batman Arkham Origins Deathstroke is easily my favorite McFarlane Toys DC Multiverse figure. The head sculpt looks great and I really like the lone visible eye. The paint application is very clean. The figure is nicely detailed. Articulation is pretty good as well. However, it's rather odd that the gun is molded into the holster, instead of being a separate piece. It doesn't impact the quality of the figure, but it's something that's simply worth pointing out. I've always liked Deathstroke's design, which has translated quite nicely into figure form on the part of McFarlane Toys. Otherwise, thanks as always Spot. I really appreciate the continued hard work. Keep it up! I hope that you have a wonderful and safe Christmas. God bless!

if you have the DC direct version of this figure I found out that if you haven't stretched the right hand out on this figure then the staff from the other figure fits perfectly in this one's hand, so then you would have both of the weapons he uses in the game.

I really like what they did to this line cause the other ones seem to have loose figures floppy joints these I like cause their stiff may last for some time.

He only weighs 140 g. The skinny Action Comic 1000 Superman is heavier than him at 152 g. Compared to the Jazeware Fornite figures which can't hold anything tightly, McFarlane did a good job with how secure the figure holds his weapon. It also doesn't put stress on his thumb while holding his sword. Unlike Hasbro's Namor figure and his trident. The trident was a re-paint from Odin BAF. It's huge compared to Namor. I can see his thumb stretching beyond it's plastic limit while holding the trident in his hand. Low effort Hasbro strikes again. The armor texture on this figure is extra nice. It's a well made figure for $19.99. His shoulder ammo looks like NERF darts for some reason to me. I'm thinking it's the orange and blue color scheme that makes it look like NERF. The sword sheath on my figure also pops out and won't stay pegged into his back. I pose him holding the sword so it doesn't bother me too much. Yupe. I agree with the pistol. I was all excited when I first noticed it on the figure. But then realize to my dismay it's not removable after taking him out of the package. Mine also has the uneven feet. I just keep him pegged onto the stand. Hasbro should include stands for their ML figures. Some ML figures have really bad feet like Dazzler and Rogue. The submachine gun that comes with the Fortnite 6" Molten Battle Hound fits Deathstroke's right hand like a glove. Thanks to your review videos, I'm picking up on small details in a figure that I did not notice before on my toy hunts. I'm better at spotting crappy design, bad paint apps, faulty joints, terrible face printing, etc on a figure. Thank you, sensei!
