My top favorite is Wynette's modernist house. Jayme's is second fav, it has an inviting feel to it and the yard is great. Third is the California Spanish. As always looking for the next video Kyle.. Keep Orange Crushing It!

Ronni Dunn's property was really well done. A bit overdone, but a great property. Many of these homes have so much stuff in them.

Financially, these houses are high maintenance and have a very small pool of resale buyers. While very nice, these are not wise investments.
