Hello MrKaranjak2! The pan I use for making the mini vitumbuas is an "Aebelskiver pan". You can also use an "Apam" pan (you can ask for this at your local Indian grocery store). If you're having trouble finding it where you are, please look at the description box of the "Vitimbua" video. I have included a link on where you can purchase it. I have an online store on Amazon where I sell the particular one I'm using in the video. I ship internationally. Look under "cookware". Thanks for watching!

Thank you for watching magicbologna. You're a funny man :-) I'm good right where I'm at. The first thing to remember about African food is that the names of the dihes should not intimidate you. These recipes are simple and the ingredients inexpensive. We also like a lot of flavor in our food. So if you're going to make African food, be prepared to use more than just salt and pepper :-) For the videos I've uploaded, the simplest one I'd recommend you start with is "Mandazi". Happy cooking!
