For your puppy: I would not let him eat/drink past 7pm and take him to the bathroom right before you go to sleep. Also play with him in the evening and get him good and tired. Let him run around as much as possible. That way he will sleep through the night.

Try taking the dog on a full walk later in the evening or even play fetch in the backyard right before bed so he's wore out. Then a quick potty break right before you go to bed. He gonna be TIREEDD.

Have you ever thought of using a sound machine in the kids room? I use one for mine or I play Bible verses on the tv while they sleep. This not only gives some background noise for them so I don’t have to tip toe around the house but it helps them sleep all night. Total game changer! You should give it a try.

I wash clothes every other day. And I add towels to separate the clothes so I don’t feel like I’m just folding clothes all the time. Folding towels are easier to me. This helps cut down on the laundry for me in my household

Also, I’m also diagnosed with ADD and have been on addy’s , Vyvanse and I recently just got prescribed Atomoxetine AND IT is a game changer. You don’t crash, you don’t feel crazy if you miss a day or get the awful headaches. You should see about trying that bc I can tell we’re so similar, I think you’d like it

Yes Kenna, I didnt have a plan last year and it’s was awful but this year i learned my lesson. I book a camp for one week and his cousins met up, 8 teenage boys and we had all the kids and adults each week at our homes around England and my son said it’s the most amazing experience he’s ever had and the last week before school we are going on a quick family holiday to Morocco. But Kenna I learn so much patience from you, I rewatch your recent videos in the background until your next video. Love love love from London 😘

For hair growth, I highly recommend deep conditioning weekly w heat, doing a protein treatment like Aphogee once a month, trims (I do mine every 3 months), staying away from sulfates, silicones, & such, and keeping your ends moisturized. My hair has been growing a lot because of these steps and I haven’t touched any hair oils or anything like that. This has worked for me & I know it may or may not work for everyone

Love your videos. Just wanna warn anyone doing a detox, I ordered 2 teas online with a popular Dr and couldn't stop vomiting. The best way to determine if you have parasites or any deficiencies are through bloodwork and stool samples from your physician. It will take the guesswork out.
