I think neo metal sonic would make a good solo villain for Sonic 4. Plus, having the 4th movie based on sonic heroes is very fitting, it makes sense to complete the full Og cast first before introducing silver. With Amy, metal sonic, rouge, Big and cream. And potentially maybe even team chaotix. And Sonic heroes is a game that utilizes all these characters

Being that Amy and Metal Sonic are going to be in Sonic Movie 4, I think that time travel should be a key feature. Robotnik has been working underground after his defeat in Sonic Movie 2 to create something that can have Sonic really meet his match, However Team Sonic askes Him for help on one condition (Sonic's Quill) and that by the end of Sonic Movie 3, Robotnik escapes and He uses both Sonic and Shadow's Quill to finish Metal Sonic, it is where Robotnik and Stone discovers the Time Stones and Robotnik wants to use the Time Stones to rewrite history, Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, Amy, Shadow and Rouge should chase Robotnik, Agent Stone and Metal Sonic tough time to stop Robotnik from messing with the Timeline. By the post credits scene, Silver saw that the Time is being messed up and that He says "They (Sonic and Robotnik) messed up the flow of Time, Now I have to fix this." and goes off to hunt down the culprits of the Time distortion.

hear me out, silver is teased at the end of the shadow spin off movie, let me explain: so we know how shadow wasnt made by gerald but instead he came from a meteor and came to earth to POSSIBLY conquer it, see where im going with this? earth is taken over by the doom species in the future and silver is the only person resisting alongside blaze, so he finds a way to travel to the past and instead of thinking sonic is evil he instead goes for shadow once he finds out hes a doom species, this is IF shadow manages to return to earth which he probably will. As i was saying, silver fights shadow and learns that shadow managed to redeem himself in this timeline unlike silvers timeline where team sonic is defeated by shadow and doom conquers earth, then they could make it so that they introduce mephiles as the first part of solaris and doom as the second part, and then reintroduce iblis as a stronger reincarnation and the third part of solaris, then each hedgehog fights them one on one until mephiles doom and iblis fuse to make solaris and then sonic shadow and silver go super to fight solaris and win.

I watched the movie and it was great! I have a hunch do you think maybe GUN Headquarters is behind Metal sonic? If you paid attention to director Rockwell her last scenes was giving the second key to Walters (disquise) and she has trust issues with sonic knuckles and tails. I have a theory, so during post STH2 and pre knuckles show eggman probably made metal sonic just in case he decides he wants to do another conquer again, but he most likely eventually gave up and just let metal rest in one of them pods while eggman watched stuff and got fat over time, so after eggman died, metal commited a shadow and broke loose and decided to commit a ultron and make inferior copies of himself only for the real metal sonic to run into sonic and that’s where the mid credits happen, and then I’d say metal should be the main villain in STH4 and try and take over what his creator tried to do in STH2 since Robotnik didn’t use him in the 3rd movie so metal must still have that “conquer the multiverse” data and this should make metal go full overlord mode and that’s how we could get neo metal or metal overlord

Hey if you looked back at Maggie's shirt color it teased a character in sonic 1 she had a yellow shirt for tails and in sonic 2 she had a red shirt and black jacket teasing for shadow and in sonic 3 she had a pink shirt revealing Amy rose and if she have like a gray/white shirt in sonic 4 or any other colors like tan and brown then Maggie will be teasing a new character in sonic 4

I immediately thought those were the mecha sonic from Sonic 2. As for Silver, I didn't think they would put him into the movie, but with how the after credits ending, they might write him in with Amy from a type of resistance. Thats what I'm guessing.

My theory is that Sonic Movie 4 is going to be an adaptation of Sonic Heroes with some elements of Sonic CD. Kinda like how Sonic Movie 2 was an adaptation of Sonic 3 with elements of Sonic 1 & 2. Then maybe Sonic Movie 5 will be an adaptation of Sonic 06. Maybe if they do a Sonic Movie 6, it could be something related to frontiers or maybe even SA1 with chaos. Maybe Sonic Movie 5 will be related to chaos and Sonic Movie 6 will be an adaption of Sonic 06. There are many possibilities for future Sonic movies so it’s really hard to tell what is gonna come next after Sonic 4.

The time travel aspect sounds cool and I know it’s Sonic Lore, but I feel if they focus too much into the complex story, it might lose some of its popularity, similarly to (Sadly) Five Nights At Freddy’s, so if they don’t do the time travel aspect they could still make it work, but for now let’s just appreciate the miraculous Sonic The Hedgehog 3 ❤🖤💙💛

I was always expecting Silver to be the post-credit teaser over Amy, but I'm happy she's here! My theatre cheered when she showed up lol. I hope we get a movie interpretation of Sonic CD, with Little Planet and the good future/bad future dynamic. The time travel plotpoint would give a good opportunity to fit Silver into the mix and set up Sonic Movie 5.

I think Sonic 4 would be like a mixture of Sonic CD (which had Amy and Metal Sonic, as well as the time-travel stuff) and Sonic 06. (with Silver and others as a slight bonus) The whole thing of Metal Sonic clones could probably be from the future since someone could've worked on this for quite a while, and it can't be robotnik since he is ded. BUT, WHAT ABOUT AGENT STONE! He could be trying to avenge Robotnik's legacy and defeat Sonic and others. Meanwhile, he takes over with time-travel and basically rules over the world, so Sonic has to try change the Bad future to Good like CD. As for Silver, since most characters in Movie Sonic come from various planets, Silver's original home becomes a waste from the Bad Future and blames it on Sonic or Knuckles. And they could have it basically be that Silver's tribe discover Time-Travel, thus soon later Agent Stone then discovered and uses against Sonic and others. Basically, make the movie basically a mixture of CD and 06 (without that woman from 06) and have Silver have something similar to Knuckles but they discover time-travel which leads to the events of this movie. If Paramount hears this, here is some inspiration.

2:30 You cooked with this idea, as rhe 4th Movie having a mix if the two games heavy with Time Travel [CD & 06] would be a great. Maybe Silver comes from a timeline where Sonic & Co. LOST to Metal. Allowing both Amy and Silver to have a set up on where and when they came from, and allowing Metal to be the PERFECT rival to Sonic, and lets NOT forget there is a Metal Knuckles and Tails, and Shadow Androids.
