After you started watching this show. We, the AoS fandom, saw the trepidation on your face. I can only guess that you kind of hungered for more MCU content, hoping this show was good. Do you know there are ppl walking around today who will never ever see this whole series cuz they didn't like the first couple of episodes? So. At this point. Without having seen season 4. Where does this show stack up with ALL the other Netflix, Disney Plus shows?...Also, what does your sister think of the show so far? Will she appear to give her take?

"I think we're supposed to hold hands now." In most (but not all) stories like this it's usually the guy that does the chasing and makes all of the big romantic gestures; while the girl's role is simply to be the one being chased, and her heart being won at the end of tale. It's kind of refreshing to see a female character (Simmons) be as much into chasing the guy as the male character (Fitz) is into chasing the girl.

At the time the show was on, Kevin Feige gave a couple of explanations for why crossovers and references (although he did say that it was inevitable at some point, as we've now seen with Daredevil) were easier said than done. 1. Because Marvel Television worked so fast (page to screen in a matter of months) compared to Marvel Studios (page to screen in a matter of years, with multiple rewrites throughout the process), it would be more difficult for the movies to reference the shows without the risk of stepping on toes than vice versa. The TV writers could "react" to what was happening in the movies on fairly short notice, but by the time the movies could respond to the shows, unless it were planned far in advance and the plan remained unchanged, the shows would already be way past it narratively, having been through multiple storylines over the course of one movie's development, pre-production and production. They simply couldn't keep up. 2. One thing he didn't want to do was have important characters show up for a two second cameo just for the sake of being there. If a crossover were to happen, it should be important and substantial and make sense for the story *and* the character. Now that Marvel Television has been absorbed by Marvel Studios and the show has ended, there really shouldn't be anything preventing it from happening. Hypothetically, all that would have to happen is that somebody writes the character into a script. This may have already happened, but as previously mentioned, making movies is a slow process, so we may not find out for a while.

A little meta tidbit is that the staging of the practice-run scene is taken from real rehearsals (from regular scenes, to stunts, to stage, even dance choreography). There are a lot of in-jokes, down to Daisy yelling “Reset!” which is the standard assistant director (or director) call-out to “get back to ones” (go to your first positions) and do the scene again. And I’m sure Chloe was amused to take the role of the AD/director in the scene.

This is one of my favorite episodes, and it almost feels like an AOS mini movie in some ways. The budget and special effect felt just suddenly a level above normal, with the car explosion in the beginning for example with the hydra attack, and the visions etc. It also has a very singular focus with characters only in this episode, and a unique theme about time and fate that it wants to explore and does so fantastically btw. So in some ways, a very stand alone episode, but on the other hand, its also very obviously tied to the overall story of the season, with the Lash, Hive and Malick stuff. And on top of it all the episode is just right in the middle of the season of all things. So a very weird and special episode in a way, but also an awesome one, and I love it.

One of my favorite lines from this episode is when Andrew, Giyera (telekinetic guy), and I think Daisy all say something along the lines of “I right where I’m supposed to be”. This further reinforces Lincoln’s point that Inhumans were designed to have a greater purpose/serve humanity in a crucial way. Daisy has a determination to save Charles and to protect Inhumans, and despite it being impossible, she tries anyway.

Yeah i understand not having a favorite episode, and we have so many, many amazing ones coming up. Like last episode, was the last lowest rated episode, from here on out, no episode is rated lower then last episode 3x14, so we have good times ahead. Season 4 and 5 are absolutely amazing, both of them are peak, but I have a soft spot for season 3. Many people kinda overlook season 3 because of the amazingness later, but I really love it, and i think Season 3 is my favorite season, and Hive is definetly my favorite villain, he is so cool.

idk why but for agents of shield they have really great episodes but when its the 15th episode of season season for some reason they show out.. 1x15 'Yes men' the first alien or connection to the characters from avengers storylines, 2x15 'one door closes' Skye was put in hulks safehouse to isolate her, shield get infiltrated without her knowledge and they send agents to hunt her down in the woods, also the first time she gets to use her powers in a big way. 3x15 'spacetime' was just a joy wrapping ur head through all the timey stuff, and the team finds out the creature made its way to earth using wards body, it wouldve been trapped on the planet after Fitz flared will to death, but the hive found a host in a habitable dead body, which Colson delivered on a silver plate. omgg I can't wait until 4x15 'self control' !! bring back two episodes per week, like one Tuesday and another Thursday.

This is such an incredible episode, in my personal top ten for the show. I love time stuff as well, and I love how they handled it here! The cinematography is one of my favorite things about this episode, it's just shot so incredibly well. I'm glad you're looking back on the show with your sister; going back to the earlier seasons is so insightful, and I've been loving the connections you're making back to season 1! Ward has changed so much, and I think that Brett Dalton has done an incredible job acting every different version of this character. Daisy is incredible (she's in my top 3) and I always love hearing peoples favorites as the show progresses.

Yeah totally agree this show has an incredible ability to have the characters slowly changing and growing without you even noticing. It’s not until you go back and look and see how much change there has been. It’s so realistic too because I feel a lot of the time people change in small, subtle ways that build and build until you look back and realise how far you have come. Baring big events or twists in your life that change everything and you forever. Which agents of shield also does with things like Fitz brain damage and Daisy becoming inhuman. They really understand humans and human psychology. A big reason of why I love this show so much!

Yeah time travel (timey whimey stuff) and shows that makes you think I really, really like. My top 10 series list (which was very hard to make) is currently LOST, Attack On Titan, Avatar The Last Airbender, Arcane, Agents Of Shield even though that's unfinished, The Boys / Gen V together, Daredevil, Game Of Thrones / House Of The Dragon Together, Breaking Bad and Fringe. Its more like 12 shows but whatever. The top 3 are definetly my tippy top, but the rest are in no order

@@JustGavinBennett Oh yeah, I figured that was what you meant literally but then you kept saying grant, but I guess I misunderstood a bit and you meant grant was an agent and now he is a host to an alien inhuman thing. Yeah the progression of the story and characters of this show is awesome. One thing I really appreciate is that the villain of a season is usually connected to the last one in some way. Like Garret was Hydra, Whitehall was also Hydra, and then Jaying became a villain because of what Hydra did to her, and then she warned about a stone that the other technically villains had in their ship, and now that stone that she was scared of has been used to bring back Hive, an inhuman in the body of grant ward another villain, all done by Malick and Hydra etc etc. Something to keep in mind, it's really fascinating.

I edit using Davinci Resolve which is free and record myself and the reaction video through OBS. I don’t edit audio at all, I just have my mic which is a Shure SM7B plugged into a Go XLR Mini. My camera is a Sony A6400 but honestly lights are more important than cameras I feel like, since lighting can completely change quality
