Good luck everyone. I turned 34 last month and I lost my 31yo brother in February this year, and have finally let go of my one-year limerence for someone I met and coffeedated last year. I also finally quit my design business. I have always wnated to reinvent myself. And then these events happened and now are my catalysts to reinvent my life. My reinvention goal is set fot two years. I want to wake up 36 years old and become the person I have so longed to become, being an ongoing CPTSD warrior.

Decided at 60 after raining two kids who are now college age that it’s time to re-invent myself both personally and professionally. The past has been great wouldn’t change it for a second but the best is yet to come.

I have never followed and tried anything before, however with Dr Kim I learned tips for intermittent fasting, and for two weeks now I have been on it, yes some days are better some I still get tempted to eat. But I go back to your video and now this one to be in total control of my me. Thank you.

I am very impressed about your videos; I wish I learned all these before becoming an old woman 🙁 Please believe me, I still want to be “that woman” !! I completed a college education in my youth. I became a married woman and a mother, and I spent all my youth and more to survive as a married mom Now my children are all adults, have their own lives, and live in their chosen lives in chosen locations; I am living by myself in our family home. I still am dreaming of a happier, independent, self sufficient woman I do need a good mentor and a good plan to follow according to my interests Time is passing by. And I am still hoping to live that life before the end of this life Your motivational videos are new to me; I hope I can use your inspirations to become ‘that woman’ 🌹

I believe its possibke and worthwhile. My mistake at the beginning was thinking that I was going to have exactly the life that I missed when I was 30 or 40 but guess what I know better now. And i'm not going to waste any more time

I'm new to your channel. This is actually the first video that I've watched. It's very good!! I especially like the "Yellow Brick Road" analogy. We have to learn to enjoy the journey. Dr. Benjamin Hardy talks about your goal being the horizon. It's a goal that you can never reach so you must learn to measure your success by how far you've come, not by the destination or how far you've yet to go. It's all about the journey. Anyway, loved the video!! I'm looking forward to checking out more of them!

I’m hearing you, I certainly struggle to drink 8 glasses of water. It doesn’t sound like much but for some reason it’s so hard.

Starting an online print on demand business. Where you print inspirationl messages, quotes.... on to clothing, journals, mugs. .. The person opening the journals to journal has a dose of inspiration. The person putting on that clothing has something nice to read. From the start onwards there will be obstacles to test the commitment. The mindsett has to be right. Another problem, another solution. Acknowledging mini victories along the way to the actual achievement. It's a journey untravelled new things to learn, experience, figure out.... You have to start thinking like someone with a business and keep in mind the people who youll be serving.

Thank you for another encouraging presentation good Dr Kim. May I ask why youtube presenters talk insesently fast? I try to take notes, but with probable chronic trauma encephalitis I find it hard to keep up. Do you recommend a person of 71, with the above brain condition, try to start a career as an inventor, to move ahead with their goal?

I’m pretty much ready to change a good 1/3-1/2 of my life. I’m in a different era. I have raised a family and have spent 30 years working in corporate America with very little satisfaction
