Really enjoyed your making the time to show us how a brush pickup goes. Some places have it, many don't. For city people, I would think it is important. 5:41, your ditch, sidewalk and fence work made a real difference in keeping the neighborhood neat, working and connected. I find I cannot complain about the rain you've been getting. Too many people struggling with drought and the rain revives plants and people. Good work clearing the drain and ditch. That was a really impressive renewal of that home. You worked hard and with a thorough result. Nice Before and After pictures.
