How about Piracetam? Does it prevent neurotoxic damage? Would you have to preload like for weeks before taking the MDMA?

The MDMA will have less effect.

MAOIs should not be mixed with MDMA. SSRIs are fine.

SSRI's block the effects of MDMA. They do not increase the risk of serotonin syndrome.

Maoi is the one that can cause seizures and more.
