Realisticly that would be because it was designed with that capability in mind. If it is just a pure electric trigger with say a mb or 2 of ram for saved algorithms it would be as hard to hack as a cordless drill or coffee-maker Dont get it twisted anything can be designed for control but that doesnt mean it has the capabilities to do so just because it uses electricity

Yeah, scary stuff man, and cash might soon become history and everything is turned digital. Already Justin Trudeau here in Canada has frozen citizens bank accounts for supporting the peaceful Freedom Convoy protest... 'social credit system' seems like it may spread from China, if citizens keep voting left-wing for the Liberal Party, Labour Party, and Democrat Party. It will only get worse if people vote for it to get worse, whether they know or not that things will get worse.

So many people scared about the government confiscating their guns for things they say online. Maybe stop saying things that gain federal government attention if you're so bent on keeping your guns lmao. It's no wonder you people fear stricter gun laws. It solves a very particular problem for target shooters that want to play around with a ton of tiny weight increments without having to swap springs/other components all day. Thing is cheappp compared most of the stuff those guys regularly run while theoretically performing similarly with tons of additional features. I don't think it's dumb at all for the serious benchtop guys that have multiple accelerometers on the gun to dial in harmonics lol.

Not like there aren't other critical electric devices in use. NV scopes, red dot sights, comms, LRFs, etc. So most units are already carrying a power bank around of some sort, even if its just the pocket flashlight. These kinds of triggers are an old technology. They are meant for precision shooting where every millimetre counts. Olympic guns are really common with them Not only they make the pull of the trigger easily adjustable but it also eliminates the mechanical trigger delay although it is small but when you’re talking about extreme precision every detail counts

Been saying for years, we need more electronics in our guns. People say what about reliability, they are very reliable as you HAVE LESS mechanical parts in a closed box and parts dont have to touch to function... People say batteries, you can carry 100 rounds of ammo, why can't you carry 2 aa batteries... People then say something like EMP.... A gun is, in many ways, a Lorentz cage. And if yours isn't new E Rifles would very easily be designed to be EMP proof

If this trigger and a full mechanical trigger are both squeezed simultaneously, the projectile will leave the barrel of the electronic triggered firearm before the firing pin strikes the primer of the latter. If this is the system I’ve heard about was coming for years, just hadn’t been perfected.
