There's other way,you can climb and down the hill with him, taking your draft,and right after that point where you reached top speed,you go always accelerating and he always on your draft,right on the end of Straight,nearly on big chicane,you reach 313km/h (193mp/h). That's how I've done. Needed a few more upgrades to finish (13) but,your tips always guides through the events, thank you. Amazing addiction to community your videos.

Hi All and ME7 !! High information about stage 7.4 !!! It's not manadatory to have drafting 2000m before overtake magnus for lap 1, it's most that you first at the end of the first and second lap and you can fill drafting continuasly. I've spent lot of type because I understood that at the end of 1st lap you need to be first and drafting 2000m. Enjoy

For people wondering if this car is worth it. ABSOLUTELY. It's a good farming car (exclusive series)and it's very easy to drive. One of the cars that you can race without doing much because it takes corners so well. Downside: you need to max it which costs a lot of gold. Just use all R$ upgrades i used 333111 and for 7.2 mission i used different path so i advised u to finish all drafting behind Chloe first & then u will catching up on Zoe on 2nd lap on final sector as Zoe was so slow at the final two brooklyn & luffield section corner that's how i did it a bit difficult but not impossible however its all abt how you attack & maximize the Vale chicane every lap😁

Speed snaps need no assists, even if you use them normally turn them off for speed snaps , as they slow you down massively. You only need to control the car for about 15 seconds, so even if you are not very confident at no assist driving try it on speed snaps, you will see a huge difference in your speed

The thing about this thing is that it has no downforce at low speeds and you die, even at high speeds sometimes its unpredictable, you dont see the tree that kills you and you die. Its just quite inconsistent sometime, really need razor sharp precision. Got it with 3 3 3 1 1 1 upgrades. Your videos are always helpful me7

It is a difficult car to dial in. Once you get the hang of it, it is consistent. It does require you to relearn and retest pretty much every corner at every track. Like at Le Mans you only have to hit the brakes three times on an entire lap. So crazy! Glad to hear my videos help you. Great job on those upgrades, that’s lower than what I did it my first time! 😎👍

One big and crucial mistake for race 7.4, which the description has said wrong You can do your slipstream AFTER you pass Magnus, meaning that clearing him is the only thing to do in lap 1, which makes the race a lot easier I had so many times that I was drafting in Luffield and just spun out because the loss of downforce After knowing this I am actually thinking about if this event can be done with 6 upgrades or not

A little late but I did it with 10 upgrades (133111) the rest bc I needed some more grip. At stage 7.5 you need magnus to give you a little push before the downwards chicanes and you can do it. Almost, if no room for mistakes at all.🎉 So if you are like me with little gold but sitting on piles of R$ you can save an extra 85 gold on the 2nd stage upgrade for engine.

oh man it's a matter of sorrow that i might not have enough gold to fully upgrade this volkswagen as i aim to max out a f1 2024 car anyways great event and this round is such a killer! definitely paid us back after all that hassle from last round(the bugs and then also the valente drama) also if you want you can do the pit manuever with NO lifting and it will not damage your car, i find that this car is not as easily damaged as the average car in the game i have done it once tho, idk how many times you can do it till it registers damage

Regarding ID.R sales, it's had six so far, first one December 2021 and last one as of now July 2023 (which was 50% off). It was getting kinda annoying that the ID.R kept getting sale after sale, so a little surprised to remember it's been a year and a few months now since its last sale. Given it has a TTC this update, I wouldn't expect a WTT sale soon since this might tick its tournament after event box, but keep an eye out.

I just completed it with 3331111 upgrade, i added the 4 more R$ level 1 & 1 R$ level 3 Engine upgrade bc i've got lot of currency & i don't wanna waste the quick instant buy within 3 hours. Also im not an expert unlike other seasoned player with less upgrade as this is my first time driving this downforce beast of a car. I began to like this car more that's why i decide to add the R$ upgrade & next i wanna thrash this car on its own race category which is available on Season 1 if im not mistaken😍

Definitely nothing wrong with adding extra upgrades! I try to do it as cheap as possible to help people who’ve got low currency. This car had quite a few upgrade sales so you might want to hold off on spending more gold. It is certainly worthwhile fully upgrading this car. Easily in my top 5 of favourite cars

Having brake and traction assist off is critical. The game will over brake a lot. You may want to add more upgrades as stage 7 is harder.

@danielrunnels454 oh yes, that’s more than enough upgrades. Brake assist really hurts this car. You’re gonna fly off track a few times, but then you’ll be so much faster once you adapt.

Sometimes skipping GOALS is good in my opinion.. If you want to upgrade your car then at the beginning you should upgrade otherwise it will just get harder & harder.. I did that mistake.. and had stucked at stage 7.2 so I just skipeed it with GOLD I know it really hurts but I have to..😖😖 So don't do that mistake..

Oddly, you don't have to finish first in 3.4 race. As long as you beat Magnus' time, you win the race.

That’s when something new has unlocked for you at your particular driver level. In my new account I’m only at driver level 61. Recently metallic and candy paints unlocked for me as well as several vinyl packs. So that’s what that is indicating.

That would be assists. Turn off brake assist and traction, but then you have to do it all yourself. Steering assist high can also slow you down sometimes.

Definitely don’t skip, that’s more expensive. It will cost you 540 gold to skip the last 4 races! (120+120+150+150). For 380 gold and then the R$ after, you could upgrade to 535333. to see all the individual upgrade costs go to the link at the end of this comment. You should be able to do it with those upgrades. Then don’t buy the rest until there’s an upgrade sale. The last engine upgrade is 435 alone so you definitely want to wait for a sale. rr3.fandom.com/wiki/VOLKSWAGEN_ID.R

First 3 were R$ 111000 Then 123000 Then 133000 Lastly 233000 I’m very curious if this event was possible with 331000 or even 133000. Races 7.3 and 7.4 would be very VERY difficult that way. I did try 7.3 that way and felt that it was way too hard. But now I’m wishing I would’ve tried at 10 or 20 times. 😅

Unfortunately no, I’ve tried it a lot. Even if you stay on the bottom of the track, taking the shortest distance, you can’t pass enough cars. One time I had an extra two or three cars appear, but that was it.

@@lackoftalentdoc4127 it actually will make you slower in many cases. Steering assist high will force you into a specific race line and will sometimes make you lose traction if you don’t obey it. Low setting isn’t as intrusive, but makes the feeling of the car unnatural. It’s faster to get rid of it. It can take a while to get used to. I spent my first 18 months with assists.

You have to have all of your assists off. With 8 or more upgrades like I had, you don’t need Magnus at all. I also did it with 7 upgrades but then you need a push, even harder. I don’t know where you’re failing so it depends on that. If you keep hitting walls, then you just have to work on the handling of the car.

L possible reasons for this, either way I would file a ticket. More info to follow. If you don’t finish the event in the time given, you don’t get the car. However some people finish on time and don’t get the car due to a glitch. Either way, file a ticket with support and explain that you finished the event and didn’t get the car. If you have brake assist on, you really should turn it off. You only need the brakes 2 times on the entire lap for 7.2, 7.3 and 7.4. Brake assist will really kill your speed in this car.

No. The game can’t handle that. As it is, people on low end devices can load long circuit like Le Mans or Spa. It would be too much for this particular graphics engine. It would have to be a whole new game.

The difference isI crashed into her twice and slowed down a few times to get skip streaming in. Without that I would have finished quite a bit faster. You can cut a little bit at Vale ( in video).

You can’t. a handful of people did this with just 2 gold upgrades but you need to be a very incredible driver to pull that off. you could go earn more gold. Drive enough races to level up your driver level, things like that.

Won everything (not easily) with 331111, but bathurst foolish mission made me spend 60g as it doesnt give you a chance to win by skill, its the pay-or-lose type

The only Bathurst stage is race 7.5 and that is mostly skill. If you watch that part of my video, you’ll see. It’s even possible with even lower upgrades than I did.

@EenZwartekat I’m confused… I just showed it in my video. There’s no mystery. In fact, I just did another video where I do it with even less upgrades. Multiple people have done videos hitting that speed of 7 upgrades. It does take a lot of skill. Nothing wrong with adding more upgrades if you want to, it’s a good car and it just gets better with more upgrades.

​@@ME7_RR3this is fine, but i think most of people dont really enjoy these boring missions when u try 50 times to get a little more speed at certain point of map, i'm among them. And when that kind of mission is difficult i'm compelled to spend gold as long as i feel bored - usually after 10 mins of trying, regardless of how close i was to the victory.

Honestly, it gets a lot harder after that race. All my tips are in the video really. At Spa you should only brake 3 times in this car. I discuss and show that in the video. If you’re using assists, then they will kill your speed in this car. You can get away with steering assist, but not brakes and traction. You don’t want me to ask about upgrades, but then it’s impossible to actually help. If you fully upgraded this car… if that’s why you say don’t ask… then you need to turn off assists.

It’s good to brake early for the braking zones in this car. Otherwise it feels like you’re driving on ice.😬 It took me a bit to adjust to it to.

@demdelta4620 you’ve got five days. I would not skip. If you’re having trouble use that gold to buy more upgrades. It gets more difficult after 6.1, stage 7 that is. you will most likely need extra upgrades.

Well the stage 6.3 and 6.4 for me is so easy, the stage 6.3 is soo weird, i had 6 attempts but i completed, the stage 6.4, i tried replicated than you in this version, i not so good to drive into reverse, but the 2nd attempt, i completed for you, the stage 7.2 is difficut, i using 333111 upgrades 😅 i now completing the event

Based on my past communications, that event will not be available in the future. Of course they could change their mind. As far as what’s coming in update 12.8, I’m not going to know that until a few days before that update comes out.

@SkipsRBPM123 the car is available for purchase starting around November 7th. It will be M$ 2 million. Then you can race it in its dedicated series that is already in the game. My guess is that the track will also be in the invitational series that are coming at some point.

It is pretty crazy! Just as fast backwards, but the steering is really bad😅. Realistically that wing would lift the car right off the ground when going backwards at high speeds.
