Those pieces look great.You should make like a mesh grill for the porthole on the sub box so you wont notice the renforced bars inside so much.

The white in the box give's it good contrast too. I think it looks tight and right just the way you have it done. its not a regular MDF box, this thing has over 5 gallons of resin, tons of fiberglass, and tons of bracing....and covered in a elastomeric coating. When you build your box, dress it up, paint it, hang a disco ball from it i dont care.......do what you want with it. On the "screws", those are Stainless Steel Allen head BOLTS. If you dont like how i did that, same thing, when you build yours, dont do it that way.

The Box doesn't look very efficient; I know it is impossible with subs that big and limited trunk space. Wouldn't the bass notes be deeper if the woofers were smaller with the same box and the ports elongated? I am just asking because I've been researching for a project I am doing.

I'm not sure about the solo classic but I have what that sub is trying to be and it very nice, I have a few videos of them if you want to look. Oh, one more thing, i have the s15d and s15c, the solo classic is the new s15c (not all solo classics are 15"), I don't know if they came out or will come out with the s15d.. you can look the solo classic up on youtube too

I think hes waiting for the rest of his speakers to come before he does that, still had to get the new mids and highs and new subs. However, I think he should do that now and when he gets the new stuff. Doing it now would show how the new amps are compared to the old ones, i think...not sure. I know it would give a reason to make a new video and a lot of people would enjoy seeing it.

+Juan De La O you probably have loose cable somewhere..rca, power, ground...or remote...make sure everything is connected tightly and grounded correctly.
