Door Panels-more Pre Fiberglass-Tahoe System Rebuild vid 36

tonight i soaked the fleece (seen in video 35) in resin. Once it hardens, i can start fiberglassing. It is dark and cold out not to mention getting late so it will take a while to set up. Watch all my video's! This will make more sense if you do!

the foil allows me to remove that "blank" from the inside once the form is set-up and solid/dry. Resin doesnt stick to the foil very well. After i pop the blank out i ahve a nice spot for mids and tweets! Stay tuned my bro, you will see next vid what i do!

Ppl don't realize that resin will loosen up the glue. That's why you put on a light coat to get it hard enuff to hold shape without loosening the glue.

The panels on my VW T4 van are so flimsy one of them snapped when I took them off! Had to buy a new one and re enforce them before I could fit speakers.

From experience... Fiber glass is a itchy and timely project... Molding and a lot of sanding ..

A CD with "Steve Meade remix" versions of songs would be awesome. He probably wouldn't remix them himself, but someone else would, and they'd have a lot more bass or lower bass etc.

if you use metric measurements for your resin, you won't need a chart for MEKP.... 1%-2% is pretty simple math.
