Every ill and injustice in this nation is due to the robber baron donors owning just about everything in our society. They own our media, they own the GOP, Democratic, No Labels, and Libertarian parties, they own our entire economy with their monopolies. They own every aspect of our lives, you could easily and correctly say they own our entire society. We have not had a representative form of democracy since 1996. We have a donor owned plutocracy. If we can not stop voting for these donor owned GOP, Democratic, No Labels, and Libertarian parties, we will fail as a nation. This corporatocracy is completely unsustainable. Thanks bigtime, Harry. Your experience, law savvy, and reflection combined to explain what was a paradox since becoming public. For justice addicts, this review was a big hit.

Thanks for the detailed background view of this topic. I'm still baffled by much of Mark Meadows’ motives and behavior in all this, but this clarifies some things..

But Harry - if Meadows testifies in open court, Willis could use that couldn’t she?

What happens if the person given immunity slips in another crime in their testimony the prosecution did not know they committed? Can they still be charged for that?

Those very expensive lawyer coupled with being a traitor to his mob boss is going to be life changing for Meadows. Not exactly a win. But to each it’s own.

He's in a tough spot and it's his only play. He still could get convicted in GA on pre-existing and independently sourced evidence. Jack Smith might also charge him after 45's trial if there's enough evidence apart from his immunized testimony. Glad to not be him.

Luv u Harry. You are level headed and state the facts without the drama and profanities that other commentators have. It would be fun to have you as a visitor on the Sister-in-law podcast.

Harry, great analysis and I appreciate the insight. But doesn’t all of this mean he will still have to go to trial in GA, get convicted, and then face potentially years of appeals and millions in legal fees?

Maybe it would be a good idea for our lawyers to work removing all the stupid loopholes that prevent wrongdoers from facing accountability. All the laws wealthy criminals have used morally void lawyers to get in our legal system don't serve justice, and that's the two tiers of our justice system. Those with money are far less likely to face accountability, and that's not fair or balanced. America, do better!
