A clean and organized home is NOT easy to maintain. I don’t have a family. Just two little fur babies and my fiancé, and it’s still a full time job to keep my house exactly the way I like it. Please give yourself a huge pat on the back. Your home is beautiful and you’ve created such a comfortable peaceful home for your family. Have a great weekend Bell family. Happy St Patrick’s Day ❤️❤️❤️

You can make a great homemade veggie stock. I save all my veggie scraps, carrot peels, onion skins, any scraps from trimming broccoli, cauliflower, stems from asparagus etc. I wash everything before peeling. Save all the scraps in a bag in the freezer. When I have a couple bags, take out, cover with water and simmer for how ever long your ancestors tell you. Then I strain, I take out the big stuff and strain the liquid through a flour sack towel. Can can up, freeze or refigerate

Hi, I live in New Zealand and I like to put corned beef and I put it in a slower cooker and it cooks away for 6 to 10 hours depending on the size. Then I shred the meat and I get so many meals from it. Xx

We make peanut butter eggs or pb balls dipped in chocolate..some ppl call them bullseyes. But when it's around the spring time we make them into little egg shapes..dip in chocolate or melt some colored wafers..dip in that & maybe add some sprinkles or those tiny diff color non pariels. Or even some dipped in chocolate & coconut shreds..really yummy thing to do w pb & confectionery sugar..or use a substitute ❤

One thing I started doing was working w a Nutritionist and I log everything I eat on My Fitness Pal (I use the FREE version 😂 bc I'm cheap lol)😂 and the Nutritionist tells me not to call it a diet..just makes me aware of what I'm consuming. I still eat out like a Wendy's burger without the bun & have a lettuce bun instead & eat w a knife & fork..& a half of their chicken (grilled) salad w my own Raspberry Walnut Dressing is delicious. I buy Ken's but many ppl mk one. But literally I incorporate protein in almost EVERY snack or meal & I don't go crazy bc it keeps me full. If you don't eat by the time your body does get food it will store it as fat bc its not sure when it'll eat again..try eating every 3-4 hrs. Not a meal every time. But seriously it works. & the App def helps!

Tell your husband that he can wash his hair with the Dr bronner soap he already uses. A couple drops will do it and rinse well. It may not feel great at first but it gets better and feels nice when it's dry. If he has dandruff he can use the tea tree formula. My personal fav of that brand is the citrus.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from Lower SW Michigan! Also if you’re a good food prep person and you want to eat healthier, I love getting containers with 3 or 4 compartments and doing bell peppers, carrots and cucumbers and then add hummus or ranch for dipping. Also trail mix is a great snack that I’ve learned is good for you! All nuts and raisins or dried cranberries. I’m sure you could find some great oats recipes and do an oat meal bar with different nuts, but butters, fruits, cinnamon, maple syrup, honey etc!

Just a question, do you have food coupons, I’m not American and I see people going grocery shopping on social media and they save hundreds on using coupons, I think it’s amazing and I love watching them, I also have noticed on your videos how cheap everything is there, it’s cheap for where I live anyway
@rn87mom94 Жыл бұрын
Yep. Unhealthy food is cheap in America, that’s why America has an obesity problem. Hopefully, with food prices soaring, people won’t be eating as much.

I'm on a warm climate and if I don't refrigerate my potatoes, oniond and tomatoes they'll go soft and bad with a day or 2.... and above everything else, it's personal opinion. Mrs. Bell obviously knows what she is doing.

I never refrigerate tomatoes or onions either. I agree... better flavor
