ඉතින් ඉස්සරහට ඔස්ට්‍රේලියාවට එන්න ඉන්න අය එක්ක මේ දේවල් බෙදා ගන්න තමයි මම මේ චැනල් එක පටන් ගත්තේ.

Good video Akki. We do meal prep as well. However, we don't do same meal for every single day. You can alternate two meals too. Also we take fresh salads and leafy vegetables a little more in our diet
