I have been making your meal preps for the past few weeks, thank you!! You make delicious recipes that don't take forever to prep and don't break the bank, either. You're the only channel I've found that consistently checks all the boxes for me, and I was LITERALLY just going through youtube again looking for something to prep for my dinners this week and I see you just uploaded less than an hour ago?? Thanks, Chef. Can you also include instructions for AIR FRYER? (We use air-fryer instead of microwave - it's a lot healthier, also heats up well). So - can i just toss the wrap from fridge to air fryer on 190C for like 5 minutes and get to eating or should I additionally fry it in the pan? Can I do the same if I freeze the wrap? Thank you! You're doing an amazing job. Also - why did you replace Egg, Vinegar and Olive Oil - with Mayonnaise? Does it last longer?

I’m lactose intolerant, buttermilk has a low lactose count compared to milk, that being said if you are finding it hard to tolerate for yourself, cause it’s marinade you could use lactose free yogurt. I have done that in the past. I’m lucky I can tolerate buttermilk without too much of an issue as there’s so little in this type of recipe.

Could maybe also use kefir. Or just extra lactose free sour cream thinned out with your lactose free milk, whilst it might not taste exactly the same it will still be very tasty. I just change things or google my own alternative if I need it. Same as my body doesn’t react to chilli well so I leave it out always. Just do what works for you, so you don’t get symptoms. Good luck.

Thank you so much! As Joey said, probiotic kefir will do the job but if you can’t tolerate the smallest amount of lactose, I’d recommend lactose free milk with a qtr of lemon juice squeezed in 🙏🙌

Thank you 🙏 I get them from a few different places. One really good place is Kirkbright seafood in unley, which I use the most. Sometimes if I’m in the area there’s a fish monger in Marion down near the Woolworths side that has good prices. If not, central market is really good too

Have to say low fat/fat free is not better. When the fat is removed it's replaced with sugar. And sugar has nothing do in food. But Love the recipe ❤

@@ChefJackOvens I don't do the believing thing because I know how to read scientific articles. Chickens are full of growth hormones because they need to be full grown fast. This causes tumors. And that's what you're eating. You might do some scientific reading instead of hearing.
