OMG - ham salad! I don't eat ham, but my college roommate used to come back to school every year after Easter with a big tub of ham salad and packages of Hawaiian rolls. (I'm sure leftover ham from Easter!). She LOVED it. She's welcoming a baby next month and I'm totally going to make some to take to her!

Hey Jennifer, I love watching your food prep videos. I noticed when you were making the blue cheese dressing, that you put the lemon in upside down in the juicer. Flip the lemon over. I know it seems crazy, but it really does make a difference. I’ve gotten so many tips from you, I wanted to share one with you. Thanks for all the great ideas.

Hey Jenn, Just wanted to let you know that I've made the Cheesy Sausage Balls a few times and I think I have made some good adjustments that may save you time and money (yay). They are fantastic! Probably my new favorite snack. They are very additive and moreish! 1. Eggs - I have only used two eggs (not four as per the recipe). I'm not a huge fan of eggs or anything too eggy. Quite often I find with recipes that you can reduce eggs by one or two with no ill effects. When only using two eggs, the cheese and the sausage become the heros. 2. Flour- made them with almond flour rather than coconut flour. I prefer the more savoury flavour. 3. Hot Sauce - I added some Frank's hot sauce as you suggested and it is good but you have to add quite a lot - like 2tbs for the flavour to come through. 4. Muffin tray - Also I baked them in a muffin tray rather than on the flat baking tray and this makes the bottom and the sides nice and crispy which I really like. 5. Mixing ingredients - I just melted the butter, then threw in all the ingredients wet and dry and mixed them in individually, finally added the eggs at the very end as the mixture was mostly cool when everything else was added. So there's no need to put the butter in the fridge if you do it this way. If i'm meal prepping i want to go hard at it! 6. Bacon - I substituted diced bacon though for the sausage. I think the sausage is better tasting but bacon worked well. I had some already cooked and cold in the fridge so why dirty another pan, right? Thanks again for all the meal plans! I cant wait to watch your newest on your released. Off to do that now xxx

Love the countless uses you share for using an instant pot. I got a dual instant pot/air fryer for Christmas and LOVE IT! I feel like a new bride all excited to cook!!! LOL!! Seriously, it's great to have so many reasons to use it (far more than a crock pot).

You can always add a tablespoon of corn starch to a plastic ziplock bag, add your own grated cheese and toss to coat. I do this as part of my prepping; store the cheese in the freezer and use as required! The food processor makes short work of turning a bblock of cheese into grated.

Great videos. Very inspiring to follow. The only negative comment I have is the huge use of plastic bags! The food comes home in single-use plastic, then you wash and store it in more in single use plastic, it’s great to have meal prep but it’s a lot of plastic going to landfill which is a huge cost on our environment - massive cost to produce and it NEVER breaks down, plastic stays on the earth (or in the oceans FOREVER). If you aren’t already aware of the problem, check out the great pacific garbage patch. Please think about more reusable storage solutions?

I also want to add a comment about the dressing cups. Your salad container is coming home, so why not use a re-usable tupperware type of container? You buy them once and then that's it. No need to order off amazon all the time, but MOST importantly, if you refuse to use tupperware type containers for your dressings and dips, keep in mind those containers are made of plastic ... they can be RECYCLED. More ppl need to recycle in this world!! Your food prep is AWESOME, and it would be cool to see you leading an example for more recycling in this world. Remember.. keep in mind, what kind of world do you want to leave your children?
