A few graduates from Sacramento Food Bank & Family Services talk about what happened when they changed their diet through the Meals For Health program. This is an education program to help low-income people adopt a plant-based diet to improve their health.

Beautiful! I hope you are teaching them how to make fermented foods!!! And GAPS diet for chronic disease!
