When I need to use up cauliflower I make crispy cauliflower wings. Cut up the florets place them in a 400 degree( this is F not Celcius) roast till crispy toss them in your favorite sauce like BBQ or teriyaki and put them back in the oven for a few minutes. Sooo yummy!!

Back from holiday to Cuba, I found a cauliflower that needed using. Had frozen sausage and cheese. There you go!

Nice meals, a wee Cullen Skink, a wee pasta bake, a wee jacket potato with a wee bit of butter, and a wee Pasta bolognese,.. weekend roast potatoes with a wee gammon joint, and a wee slice of pineapple!! 😄

Cauliflower cheese is on the menu tonight! A local store had them on sale and my roommate picked up a couple beauties for us. Yum. Cheryl, what a great idea to have stir-fry without rice. I always think I need rice with it, but with all that lovely veg, it's perfect.

Great meals this week Cheryl. I have a bag of quorn mince in the freezer and wasn't sure what to do with it, but I'm inspired to give the pasta bolognese a go! Mmm, stir fry, now you're talking my language, i ADORE stir fry!

I find the Quorn mince so versatile Claire! ☺ you need to add quite a lot of flavourings/seasonings though...because as you now, it has absolutely non flavour of it's own x

Love your videos 1 thing that annoys me is when you spin the plates round, but that's part of my condition. So it's my problem and 1 that I need to get work out myself. I love to try re create a lot of your dishes except adding cheese I don't like cheese. Lmao. I always said am not a fussy eater but it turns out that I am lmao.
