Meanwhile In America - Rain Code

The final scene from Master Detective Rain Code which I'm fairly sure is meant to be a joke about America since our main character has now left the Rainy city he was just in and is now in an area which looks like California and within the first few seconds we see burning, looting, missing people, murder and more.
