It's interesting you show how to check the runout on one of the camshaft bearing journals, but the narrator doesn't tell us what to do with that information.

Rob Macfarlane you have to compare the information to your lobe lift specifications and runout main journal specifications to determine if it needs to be replaced or machined or left alone.
