New subscriber today. Looking forward to your channel. My wife and I are 2.5 years carnivore. We have 10 grandchildren and we wear them out. 63 years old, no meds, lean fit and strong. Mental clarity, peace, calm, free from addiction. So this is what normal is supposed to feel like.

The sad reality after my 5 year journey of clean keto and now carnivore for the past 7 months...my transformation as a 53 year old male has been phenomenal. I have more energy now than I did in my 30's without having to consume any type of energy drink or pill. My testosterone has probably over doubled naturally, my physique matches when I was in my 20's and nearly a dozen ailments have disappeared completely. Even my vericose veins have mostly disappeared with the worse ones lightening in color and not as severe as they used to be. I do exercise 3 days out of the week EVERY week and don't ever miss any workouts. No injuries, no pain...just feel great and the sad part is that I have many friends who have seen my transformation but none of them want to make the lifestyle change that is needed to extend your lifespan and avoid chronic illness, most people just want to eat the junk and don't care or realize they will eventually have to deal with serious chronic disease, they will just deal with it when it happens. For years I preached this, but finally figured out that most people just don't want to hear it, they don't care and/or just don't believe that diet has EVERYTHING to do with chronic disease, everyone has been brainwashed for so long by the corrupt government food agencies and doctors that they just don't believe the misinformation on saturated fats, red meat and eggs....they are superfoods and the most nutritional foods on the planet!

Just wanted to say hello! I'm carnivore (I've been cheating once or twice a week, but with the new year, I'm going to stop doing that) since last April, have lost over 60lbs, and feel much better. I think there can't be too many carnivore channels. While doctors like Berry, Baker, etc,. are important in showing the way, so are channels with "regular" people sharing their journey. This is an important message many more people need to hear.

I'm so glad you're doing this channel. I'm along for the ride and can't wait to see how this animal based diet helps me personally.Then I hope to be able to spread the wealth of info to others, that may need to hear about the ability to heal themselves and thrive throughout their life, instead of suffering and barely survivng.

Everything you described happened to me. My autoimmune issues are gone. My inflamed joints are gone, my pains are gone, my aches. Eyesight better, hearing better. I went back on the SAD this Christmas and got sick like I haven't been in 2 years. Migraine, flu symptoms, cough, bed for days. Other than that I have felt like sh1t. Bloated, tired, hyper then crash. Back on my carnivore again, starting with a 3 day fast and even now, on day 2 of the fasting, I feel better and the cold/flu is going already.

I’m looking forward to seeing more from you. I’m new to carnivore. I’ve lost 17 pounds in 12 weeks. I’m looking forward to losing at least 9 more pounds. I love this way of eating. I’m 61. I no longer have hip pain, lethargy, an eye floater, and my skin issues are fading and healing. I’ve also noticed I feel calmer and I experience less anxiety. 😊

So good to see this come to fruition. Good to hear how all your ailments diminished, muscle is easy to put on and no pain after leg day! You put in the work and now you have the results. Meat is the answer. ❤ Thanks for sharing!

Your message is more important than you can imagine but your channel will take a very long time to grow. Don't let that stop you telling your story, it will eventually get there. It will be disheartening at times but know that, although you might not see it, you are really helping a lot of people.

@@CarnivoreGrannyChatsvery nice! I am a granny too. I am quite older tho, I am 67 yr old with 6 grandchildren. We sure do need that energy to keep up.. I am looking forward to ur channel.. I am getting close to full carnivore ( mostly meat based right now) but looking to get rid of some issues. I am also 26 years out from a kidney transplant. My anti rejection meds have caused most of my health issues, prediabetic neuropathy in feet. Etc

Just came across your channel and subscribed right away. Hi from one granny to another. Huge question for you and anyone that can answer. How?, How can I get off the carbs and sugar!!?? I quit smoking and drinking with no problem. But this has me in such a tight noose I can't seem to get out. Im alone and 61. No one will diet with me so I feel defeated 😢.

Hi! I have a few questions. You seem to be in terrific shape, Have you been working out throughout your time with fibromyalgia? I received this diagnosis about 8 years and it has been agonizing ! I gained 90 pounds because i was unable to exercise as i used to, ( along with consuming carbs and sugar of course ) How bad was your pain? Thats amazing that it all left in two days! Looking forward to your next video, thanks for being here!

I started yoga about 8 or so years ago (can't remember really) to help with the pain. I used medical MJ for a period of time, after I went off big pharma to help with the pain. I ended up becoming an endurance cyclist because I felt the pain from that was progress and masked the other pain. It wasn't easy, but I pushed through. I was bed ridden at times, especially in the winter or rain. Feel free to message me any time with questions ❤️

@CarnivoreGrannyChats10 күн бұрын
No coffee? Up your fat intake and eliminate dairy. Even butter can affect some people. I'd go lion for 30 days, beef salt water only. Then slowly add back in things. See how that helps.
