Here it shows how amazing the collaboration between Steinman and Meat Loaf truly was: Meat Loaf had impertabable trust in Jim's abilities as a songwriter and poured every ounce of his being into every single note. To Jim, Meatloaf was his muse; the voice that made him want to create grandiose songs for. Jim Steinman is often called the Richard Wagner of Rock, and MeatLoaf had the power, the performance, the utter stage presence of an opera singer. Hence the attire he wears here. Rest in piece, you two geniuses of Rock 'n' Roll, and thank you for everything. We will always miss you.

Quite a perfect match... They leave our hearts broken and empty of more musical masterpieces. But they left enough of them for us to be fullfilled. Thans guys, that's "more than we deserve"

If there’s one thing in common with every amazing Jim Steinman song, it’s that it has a bridge so good that it tops the entirety of the rest of the music. “When the screws are tightenin and the tears are fallin I can hear her crying out to be saved. Like a bolt of lightning I go answer the call, but Shes singin like a siren on the end of a wave.” Holy shit does that hit harder than ever after a couple verses and choruses of desperation. Amazing.
